Psalm 27:13-14 NLT
The Lord of God is completely aware of every pressing or pressuring matter before us. There is nothing about us that escapes His attention. He knows what is and what is not. However, the Almighty's will is for us to remember and stand firm upon His word. Jehovah is faithful.
Let us not be made anxious by that which we see, hear or feel. The enemy uses pressing circumstances to force us to take action ahead of God. We open ourselves up to major disaster when take things into our own hand and make decisions in our flesh and not after the leading of the Holy Spirit of God. Abraham and Sarah were getting up in age and were being pressured by time. They made the decision to help things along and set in motion an act that continues to adversely impact the children of Israel and world today.
Think about it for a moment. What you are about to do may appear to be your only option and the best thing to do at this time. But the Lord said WAIT! It is better to be patient and allow Him to do what He has promised instead of doing our own thing and making something happen. Do not abort your destiny. Wait on the Lord. Be still and know that He is JAH!
Be confident and know that you will see the Lord's goodness in the land of the Living. Do not allow time and circumstance force decisions and actions. What flesh wants to do in response to the pressure is nothing more than a way that seems right at the moment but it will eventually end in disaster and destruction.
You will see the fulfillment of all the Lord has promised. You do not have to make it happen. Be faithful to do and follow the instructions of the Lord as He leads. Allow the Lord to bring it to pass. It shall be just as He has said. Your future is bright and your destiny is intact. Amen!
