I See It—Running with 09!


Running with 09 takes a different path than previous years; we have walked through completion (07), new beginnings (08) and now comes the transition (09) in preparation for the emergence of New Order (10).
09 is a strategic time of transition. Are you ready to run with 09? God is going to solidify and bring into fruition many of the visions, plans and purposes that you have received from him. Despite what you see in the natural realm and the economical climate the coming year holds great promise for The Body of Christ (which differs from the church) in 09.

Habakkuk 2:2
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

Habakkuk 2:2 offers powerful revelation; we know that Habakkuk inquired or asked the Lord a question or series of questions and that verse 2 provides insight into the response that Habakkuk received. In order to have a true vision of the Lord we must first ‘ask the Lord’ and do as Habakkuk did, let the Lord answer us.
This is important because running with 09 requires us to put away good ideas and act on God-ideas. A close examination of what we are doing from an honest heart will allow us to honestly assess what we are doing. The vision that you are working right now, at this moment; is it a good idea or a God idea? If it is not a God-idea it will not survive 09.

It is important to note that Habakkuk had a prayer life and an ear to hear. When the LORD responded to his inquiry he was spiritually positioned to hear the answer and to know that it was the Lord speaking (Habakkuk 3:1-2). Running with 09 will require us to have developed prayer lives and to fine tune our hearing and discernment so that the Lord can speak to us. Habakkuk said “And the Lord answered me…” not he answered his pastor, his prophet, his mentor, his prayer partner, etc. He spoke to Habakkuk and he will speak to you.

Write the vision. What vision? Not Habakkuk’s vision but the vision of the Lord as given to Habakkuk concerning the events and happenings of the times. We would like to take this verse and make it apply to the layout for our ministerial plans as we see them but God was speaking to Habakkuk on a universal level, he was speaking of nations.
How can God hold his tongue when those that are wicked are afflicting those that are righteous? Running with 09 is a time of universal transition! It is a time of shifting to make way for God’s new order.

Are you ready to transition so you can be strategically positioned to fulfill God’s purpose for your life? Remember that running with 09 is not an accident; it is the result of intentionally and purposely capturing God’s vision for you and making it plain. God’s plan is not an accidental success story but one written before the foundation of the world.

I have to share this with you. I came across this blog for a reason. A little about my history, In 2005 I decided to totally surrender all area's of my life to God. This included relationships. I had been divorced for 8 years and of course, it was the bad relationship after bad relationship. God moved in my life and caused me to relocated from OH to TN (the entire path was cleared for me.) This is when God took over. I devoted everyday to seeking God's face, not looking for a man. When I relocated to TN, my teenage daughter came with me. And spiritually, she is awsome. Well, on 11/07 my daughter was sexually assaulted by a young man that had been stalking her for about a year. When this happened, I immediately moved her back to OH with her dad, which has change his life, spiritually. Also, in 11/07, my now husband, relocated back to TN from Mexico to take care of his mom. (Same month God allowed just enought to happen to reposition my daughter to OH with her dad, he moved my now husband back to TN). Well, in 12/07, God revealed to me I was going to marry a minister. I called my mom, telling her there was no way I could be a "preachers wife" and she would laugh and say, "You will be whatever God wants you to be." So that was our little joke. Well...My husband and I met on 02-23-08, we were married 08-008-08. And he has a calling on his life into ministry. After we were married, we both went through the "what church would we attend, he did not like mine and I did not like his. Through prayer, we were moved to the church were we now attend together. My husband will preach his first sermon in a few weeks, (I want to also point out how fast God moves, when HE MOVES). Getting to the point of my comment, Sunday was a difficult day for me. It had me questioning did I have what it took to be ministers wife. When my husband and I got home from church, he told me I had to trust God first and him second. God had given him a vision of what was coming and I had to trust God. And my first response was, God had given me a vision as well. But was our vision the same??? Which is why this discussion actually hit my spirit. I think it's time for my husband and I to talk. Or do we need to??? I never thought about how difficult it would be to be married to a minister. There is so much I am learning, people are all ready viewing me differently, when I have the same struggles. People have already started trying to put things in his head. But...I know God will lead us and keep us strong. This journey of ours has already been mapped out and prepared by God.

Habakkuk 2:2 is where we are right now. Thank you for these words.

This is a rhema word for me! I have been feeling nausea and praying in the spirit for many days now because I feel like I'm about to birth out something mighty! Hallelujah! I thank God for you and your obedience to share this word to all God's lambs and sheep!

May the God of Deborah and Anne continually bless you greatly with prophetic clarity and the power of God to destroy yokes and lift strongholds through the power of prayer and intercession.
