Silent Questions in The Pews" Is Jesus Black? If the Catholic church has dominion over the religion, how has that affect my faith? King James, the most revered and highly relied upon translation of the Bible. But yet, history tells us He was a murderer and a rapist, also the bible teaches of the ordain intervention by God for the writing of his word..so where was this intervention during the translation period? Parallels between between Jesus and Horus, an Egyptian god. It is said, "Imitating someone or something is the highest form of flattery". So if this is true, Why not look at the possibilities of what you believe in might not be true due to other contradicting information you might see as true?
