The purpose of your ministry is to raise up disciples and send them out. You are to guide and teach them how to now walk in their calling. Do the purpose that God has ordained for their life. Your congregations are not suppose to just sit up under you year after year. Some people have been sitting in the pew in the front, on the left, for 20 years. FOR WHAT?

Build up your congregations to walk in their purpose. Get them out to do what God has told them to do. Go to the church around the corner that you know is struggling. See what they need and offer your service. Some of you have been told by God to do this, and you have not been obedient. Some of you are holding on to buildings you know He told you to release. What are you waiting for?
