Take Back What The Enemy Stole
If things are not progressing like you would like, its time to ask yourself some hard questions. Are you around the right people to move you toward your success? If you find yourself surrounded by people who are consistently negative, its time to acknowledge the fact that anyone who is not a part of the solution, is a part of the problem. What fellowship does light have with darkness?
Do you feel you are constantly in a test or experiencing a trial? Know that God does not test us with evil, (He knows our heart) so--if the test was not from God, why take it? Why are you saying yes, when your heart says NO? You don't have to please anyone but God. He doesn't require us to go against everything in us, to do what we know we shouldn't. Your assignment can be delayed just as long for a good reason, good project, good actions, as for bad ones. Our adversary knows our weaknesses, and sometimes we must learn to say NO! We have so little time to accomplish the work of the kingdom. Allowing someone/something that we know is not from God to take away the time we have to accomplish our assignment is sin. He who knows to do good and does not to him it is sin.
John 10:10 says the thief comes not but for to steal (our time, focus, energy) kill, (our hopes, dreams, lives - everyday is precious, and we can not get it back) and destroy (our confidence, reputations and opportunities to fulfill God s plans for our lives). We are to discern the heart of everyone we are around.
Take into account we can't control anyone but ourselves, look for your role in negative situations, ask yourself, how do I get here-- once you find your part in the situation, its time to repent. To repent means to turn and go the opposite direction. It's time to take your life back-- you need to get tough, don't worry about what others will think or say, if they don't like the route you have chosen, so what-- who are "they" anyway? Make your decision based on sound judgment based on the word of God, then go for it. This is the only life you have, and your time is limited move forward and accomplish your goal.
