The Choice Was Made....
The joy and peace of the Lord to you. It is my prayer that we can really see what is going on, I mean really see, because as a unit, we continue to be so clueless.
It is with great sadness in my heart that I write this blog. These days appear to be ones of turmoil and despair for the world. I always have this saying, that what goes on in the world does not affect me as I am not of this world and those of my sister and brothers in christ, The Body of Christ are not affected either. Today however, I have a different viewpoint.
We say we are not of this world because of our walk with Christ, our relationship with God sets us apart from the world. Looking at the Body of Christ, what sets us apart from the world today? We have unbelief. We lack faith. We are deceitful. We walk in disobedience. We aren't righteous. So what is it that separates us from the world in order for us to say, We Are Not Of This World? There isn't anything. For the simple fact, we have gone so very far away from God.
There are many who have belief, who have faith, who walk in obedience, but, with that little percentage, the entire Body still falls short. Half of us can't be in good standing, and the other not, whatever we are, we all are. For we are one unit,as we know.
When I look back on these recent elections and having Obama now sitting in the White House, my views have not changed, he was not God's choice, he was mans choice. We didn't look at the person, his character, his beliefs, we simply looked at his skin color and believed because we could relate to him, he was our choice. God is not a respector of persons, so how then do you go against what He does? It is with your spirit that decisions are made, not your flesh.
I am begging you, please, as a unit, let us now repent and ask God for forgiveness. Leave all these fleshly messages alone and come to God as an entire Body and REPENT. The entire Body of Christ needs to simply realize, we are out of order, we are not walking in the Perfect Will of God, we have fallen short of His Glory.
The hedge of protection that once covered this nation, as I mentioned in a previous post, has been removed and it needs to be replaced.. God however, isn't just going to replace it. He has given us opportunity after opportunity, to get it right. We have failed. We continue to fail children of God. Yes, children because I don't believe we are worthy to use the title SONS of God. We are yet children.
My heart is so heavy because we are disobedient, we walk in jealousy, we walk in pride, we walk around in the jezebel spirit, but more important than all of these, we walk around without LOVE. How in the world do we call ourselves christians, but have no love for eachother? How is that possible? You can not call yourself a Christian, a child of the King, and you have no love in your heart. You love a Spirit, that you can't physically touch, physically see, a Spirit that you worship, you praise, you honor, and you say you love, but for the man standing next to you, you have no love. Guess what, as you can not love for that man standing next to you, you are saying you don't love that Spirit, you don't love God. So in essence, you don't really love God.
The creator of all that is and will ever be, Loved us enough, that He sent His only Begotten SON, to die a guiltless death, to be crucified, tortured, whipped, lied on, humiliated, and we can not simply follow what He has commanded us to do, and so His death was in vain. His death really didn't mean anything to us. We aren't grateful or thankful that He came to save us.
Father, Open our eyes, that we, may see, to follow thee, Lord grant us, thy loving peace, and let all, descensions cease, that our FAITH, each day increase, and master, Lord, come on, come on, yeah, open our eyes. Open our eyes.
Oh, He has given us, hills and mountains. He has given, level plains. He has given us, food and clothing, given us shelter, from the stormin rain. And with all, that He's provided, we're always, HURTING EACHOTHER, seems that we just can't be together, always FIGHTING, with eachother.
But look upon us, with compassion, and please hear us, hear us when we cry and smile down on Your, helpless children, oh, and master, and Father, Lord...come on, come on...and open our eyes....open our eyes...
