We are sure you went to church today, though sometimes things come up to prevent us. But we just wanted to share this with you:

Chapter 1

"Introduction

Sermon #1

As implied above, those who believe that you cannot lose
your salvation are appropriately called believers in “eternal
security in Christ.” This concept means exactly what it says.
We are secure—and eternally so—from the specter of hell through
the Savior. The opponents of those who believe in eternal security in
Christ would naturally be labeled believers in “eternal insecurity in
Christ.” They are probably about as happy to hear this label as “pro-choice”
abortion advocates are to be called “pro-abortion” supporters.
However, we have observed that eternal insecurity proponents are
anything but “pro-choice” when it comes to conceding to the fact that
no sheep of Jesus Christ will ever perish.

1) And the “eternal insecurity believers” would probably not be made
any happier by having either the word “eternal” or the word “insecurity”
stripped from the name of this doctrine.

2) Thus many of them call themselves by a name that sets them apart
from the more “loose-footed Christians.” They call themselves the
“Holiness Saints.”

3) And they are a nippy bunch. They teach that “eternal security in
Christ” is “damnable doctrine.”

4) In other words, if you preach this doctrine and don’t repent of it you
will go straight to hell.

5) Moreover, those who preach that you can lose your salvation appear
to have the “higher ground” perspective. And oh, don’t they preach
this doctrine authoritatively.

6) Come on. Think about this. If you pose the question"

Please read this sample from my new book on The Free Gift of Righteousness Part I. This book is based primarily on Romans 4 but makes us of other Scriptures. It is about the fact that we are the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ, which means that we are blameless and continuously forgiven of sin. This is a very challenged doctrine by a lot of Christians who feel that we can lose our salvation. Visit the website below to see three of the books from a book series of sermons on grace from the Book of Romans.

Pardon the fact that the indentations at the top of the sermon sample are not centered. I am still very new to the network and its wonderful tools.
