The Weapons Of Our Warefare-Pt1......You better Know who you are!!!!!!!!
Have noticed that in today's society persons are experiencing drepression, mental break downs and panic attack like we have never yet seen before? Have you noticed that cases of rape, molestation, homocide, and suicide are now at an alarming number?
The world may want you to think that its a "normal thing"........or even a "psycological thing". But the Lord had revealed to me that it is indeed a part of the enemy's tactic to stangnate the church. Thus contaminating the "glory carriers" for the next move that God is about to perform.
In the first part of this series we will be talking about MIND BATTLES. The bible declares "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8
Once you denounce Satan and his works and become apart of the family Of God, Satan WILL FIGHT YOU!!!! You have now officially become a threat to his operation. Why are you such a threat you may ask? Because you now have insider information. Coming out of darkness in to God's light you now are become aware of the way Satan operates, how to avoid becoming enslaved again, but most importantly you now have the knowledge of how to get other folks delivered.
OH MY GOD!!!!!! You may say that "I hadn't realized that i just entered a real live war with the devil". But that's exactly what you did. So now you know What are you gonna do? Are you gonna give up? Are you gonna surrender to the devil. Or are you gonna make up in your mind that I'm fighting a good fight and I'm gonna win? I thought you would say that. So, now that you are gonna fight here is one of the things you should know. The devil is gonna fight you back. One of the ways he usually fights in first is the mind. As a soldier in the army of God you have to be prepared and protect yourself. You have to put on your armour (Eph 6:10-18).
The first piece of the Armour we are going to use is our helmet, in order to block the mind battles of the devil. In your walk have you ever felt like you were not worthy of God's love? Have you ever felt like wanting to give up on life? Feeling and overwhelming urge to sin? Thinking constantly about ungodly thin? Dreaming about it? Daydreaming about sinning? Experiencing symptoms of depression all the time? Or even contemplated suicide?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, chances are the devil is playing or has played mind battles with you?
How do I avoid this from happening again? Here are a few thing that will help you fasten your helmet.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
You are cared about.
Corinthians 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Dont hesitate to fight those feelings
Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
You are not who you use to be
Timothy 2:20-22 (King James Version)
20But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
21If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Baby you are now sactified
If ever the devil tries to make you feel inadequate fasten your helmet some more. Baby you have to know who you are... And kick his butt..
