Two dramatic Sundays, concerning what God has done for us!

On the discussion of "Tongues".One needs to understand the two
events that lead up to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, on the day
of Pentecost. The first is Easter Sunday, where we have the
resurrected Christ and the in breathed Spirit. The second is
Pentecostal Sunday, where we have the Glorified Christ and the
out poured Spirit. Remember, each are patterns for all believers, even
today. On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came down to earth as
a person. He is now the resident, personal representative of the
Godhead on earth. It seems to be a law (That I cannot explain)
that only one person of the Godhead can be resident on earth at any
one given time. For some years it was Jesus the Son, but when Jesus
was leaving to return to the Father, He promised that another person
would come in His place who would stay with us forever, not just for
a brief few years. That promise was fulfilled on the day of
Pentecost.Jesus the Son. as a person, had gone back to heaven, then,
from the the Father and the Son together, the Holy Spirit came down
to take the place of Jesus. But Where? Where does the Holy Spirit now
live? There are two answers. First, He lives in the Church, the
corporate Body of Christ. Paul stated, "Don't you know that you
yourselves are God's Temple and that the Spirit of God lives in you?
1 Cor. 3:16, Paul is talking here about the corporate Temple of the
Holy Spirit. Second, 1 Cor.6:19- Paul says something even more
dramatic. He reveals that not only is the corporate body of Christ,
the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, but it is God's purpose that
the body of each believer also be the dwelling place of the Holy
Spirit.. "Do you not know that YOUR body is a temple of the Holy
Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God. If we are
true believers in Jesus Christ, our physical bodies are to be the
divine dwelling place of God the holy spirit. What does this mean to
us? practically, that the Holy Spirit has come to be our Paraclete,
Helper, counselor, comforter, director and guide. (someone who is
called alongside to help) A Paraclete is someone who can do something
for you that you cannot do yourself. "My little children, I am
writing these things to you that you may not sin. And if anyone
sins,we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the
Righteous!" 1 john 2:1, Advocate is a word meaning Lawyer, it means
someone who speaks in our defense. So, you see that we have two
beautiful truths that we have two advocates. On earth, the Holy Spirit
pleads our cause. The things we cannot say right, He says for us; the
things we don't understand, He interprets for us. In Heaven, Jesus
pleads our cause to the Father. Just think we have the two greatest
of advocates, Jesus at the right hand of the Father and the Holy
Spirit here on earth..The Holy Spirit helps us to pray the perfect
will of God..Romans 8:26-28- And in the same way the Spirit also
helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but
the spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for
words; And he who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the
spirit is, because He intercedes for the Saints according to the will
of God. When a believer is baptized in the Spirit by Christ, he or
she is given a spiritual language, which is an utterance or a
language given by the Holy Spirit from within. It is considered a
weakness when believes don't know how or what to pray but the Holy
Spirit knows exactly these things and we are then able to have a
victorious prayer life. Those who have not been empowered or baptized
by Christ, are very limited and weak in this area. This is the very
fact that Paul stated "Do not forbid to speak with
tongues!"... Conclusion. Believers who have received Jesus Christ as
their Lord and Savior have been given the Inbreathed Spirit of God,
which they had received when they confessed Jesus as Lord, and are
made righteous But for believers to do the very works of Christ, and
to be powerful in both this earthly and spiritual realm, believers
must be empowered and anointed by Christ Jesus Himself, this is the
outpoured Spirit in which all the disciples received on the day of
Pentecost. Do you have this anointing of Kingship and Priesthood
given to all who are the chosen of God? You can! Do you experience the
refreshing of the rivers of living waters from within you, when you
pray in the Spirit? You can! Do you know for a fact that it is the Holy Spirit
of God dwelling within you, when it comes to your relationship with
Jesus the Christ? Do you have a personal relationship where you both
talk and listen? Do you desire spiritual gifts and prophecy in your
walk with the Lord? You can! The Holy Spirit is the KEY..If you have Him on
the Inside, you have everything you will ever need in this life and
in the life to come..Who was it that raised Jesus Christ from the
Grave? The Holy Spirit!! Who will raise you from the Grave or in the
Rapture? The Holy Spirit!! If the Holy Spirit is in you, you will be raised and meet the Lord in the air! Those who have not His Spirit will suffer judgment..Blessings..

God does not send strong delusions on those whom He has filled with His Holy Spirit and anointed as kings and Priests unto the glory and kingdom of Christ.. It seem as if you YahsNivim need to look a little closer at God's way of believing things over what someone has told you...

Emma, Are you born of the Holy Spirit of God then why walk as an accuser of the brethren? Are you in the place of the Holy Spirit who convicts of sin? If I am in any wrong, God, my Father! is my Judge and no one else and if that is all you can see in this relationship, you can keep your comments off my page..I see that your concept of God the Creator is that of Judgment and not of Grace. Again, until you have raised the dead to life again, you need to keep your comments to those who teach you..

If one is truly born of God's Holy Spirit, Jesus will confirm the word in which they preach of the Gospel and the coming Kingdom of God on this earth with signs and wonders manifested by the power of the Holy Spirit whether Jew or Gentile..If signs and wonders aren't being made manifested in and through you, this and only this should concern you. We are to walk as Christ walked and do as Christ had done, for our life is no longer our own. It has been purchased with the precious blood of Jesus..We have been made kings and priests unto God. What is a king without power and authority over Satan?

Since God is the one who saves and baptizes the Gentiles with the spirit without demanding of them to be circumcised and keep the law, then it is evident that He does not plan this for them-making them debtors to do the whole law. Why will you insult God and provoke Him to judge you for resisting His Will, ignoring His work, and denying the Salvation of the Gentiles whom He has already saved without law-keeping? Can we undo what God has already done. These were the questions being asked to the converted Jews. In Gal. 1:1-6 reads- It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all. Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law. You who are trying to be justified by law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. But by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the righteousness for which we hope. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. So let it be written! So let it be done! Have a Happy Easter!
