AUTHORITY AND ABILITY-the power to do something -but authority was given to only man and not lucifer .This is because Man was created in the Likeness and image of God .AND GOD said,Let us make man in our image ,after our likeness and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea ,and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle ,and over all the earth ,and over every creeping thing that creepth upon the earth.Man was only creation that GOD gave authority to,Why therefore does the devil cause diseases ,accidents ,death ,etc ? it is because he has power to do that .The goodnews,however ,is that we have the authority and ability .IF the devil causes sickness,we can stop the sickeness hallelujah. THE RESULT OF THE FALL ,whenman fell ,he lost authority that was given to him by GOO to the devil.man was left with only ability ,the power to do something and make others obey .creation suffered because the devil took away man's authority. THE RESULT OF CHRIST'S VICTORY ON THE CROSS.when jesus came into the world ,man was under the bondage of sickness and satan because of the authority that satan had.jesus mission was to retrieve and restore the authority from satan to man because GOD needed man to fulfill his purpose on earth.in 1 peter 3 ,18 -19,the Bible says,FOR christ also hath once suffered for sins,the just for the unjust ,that he might bring us to GOD ,being put to death in the flesh ,but quickened by the spirit ,BY which also he went and preached unto the spirits in cause the gospel preached also to them that are dead ,that they might be judged according to men in the flesh,but live according to GOD in the spirit. away from them.in HADES,JESUS MET Satan face to face and took the keys of the kingdom ,authority of the kingdom ,and gave it back to the church. MATTHEW 16 VS 19 .BUT AS MANY as received him ,to them gave he power to become the son of GOD ,EVEN to them that believe on his name.now in christ ,we have ability and authority .the devil is left only with ability the power to do something.so,hear the goodnews-the devil has the power to cause sickness but we have the authority to stop the sickness.WE have the power to give ORDER TO THE DEVIL and MAKE THE DEVIL OBEY.Rise from where you are right now and if you are bornagain ,begin to make declarations and they shall come to pass,when you resist the devil he will flee with all his demons.there are no strong demons again to a believer .They were strong before the resrrection but not after the resurrection.psalm 8 vs 2 ,JOB 22 vs 28. PRAYER IS THE MANDATE WE HAVE AS CHRISTIANS TO STILL THE ENEMY AND STOP THE AVENGER.USE YOUR AUTHORITY TO OVERCOME SATAN'S ABILITY .GLORY BE TO GOD
