When will the Kingdom Church stand up?

I want to pose a question to the kingdom minded church? When will the church stop running for titles and positions and be ready to join together as a force to build the kingdom of God? Since I have been in the work of the Lord, I have witnessed many people both genders playing with titles to manipulate the people of God for their own agendas. We are living in a time in which the cover is about to come off the church folk, and the kingdom minded folk will rise to the top. So, which is more important your Vocation or Salvation. I await your reply!!!
