Jesus told them, “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Now let’s not misunderstand what he said, he said, “but with God all things are possible.” See how the word with is neatly placed in that statement. To simplify this, without God in your life, things will be impossible. You cannot do things by yourself, let alone have everlasting life. You can’t give yourself everlasting life, only through Christ our Savior can you receive this gift from God. God said, honor the Son as you honor the Father. So ladies and gentlemen, without Jesus, the gift of everlasting life in the kingdom of heaven, is impossible.
