Hello Sister Jasmine,
I truly enjoyed your message of truth and its reminder of how we should conduct ourselves as Christians. I always find it invigorating how God in His infinite wisdom consecrates each one of His children in their own unique individuality to profess His Word. The words of enlightenment and remembrance you spoke need to be preached more often. Lest we forget ‘who’ we truly represent and how we are perceived, because generally that is how we will be received. One of the very first proverbs we are taught as small children is that “God Is Love”; so you are correct, that if others see us acting in a manner that does not express “Love” how can we be of God. Keep on Sister (as you said) ‘keeping it real’ because those folks that need to be and want to be saved – recognize game! Keep on telling your story, in the way God has given you to tell it, lyrical with movement and soul, the only way a “Prophetic Dancer” can flow.
Thanks for the friend invite. I have an online network called Praying and Evangelizing in the arts. http://www.prayingnevangelizinginthearts.ning.com. If you would like to be a member you would have to send me your email address.
Blessings,
Min. Swazette
Dear Friend and Sister in Christ,
Thank you for your becoming a friend of Anointed Works S.D. I welcome and encourage you to send blessed messages of inspiration, knowledge and enlightenment. I enjoyed reading how God has destined your life and I invite you to please go to your Anointed sister’s and brother’s pages. I thank God for the powerful women and men HE has brought in my path via Black Preaching Network and Sanctified Sisters of Faith Ministries. I also thank GOD; I have a teachable and reachable spirit, enabling me to be empowered with words of wisdom. I too like you believe in the power of prayer and agreement. Thank you again, I look forward to us worshipping God together. God Bless and Keep You.

* after reading your testimony, as an artist I knew you would connect with these words, a poetry excerpt from a poem, I wrote inspired by the Holy Spirt.
excerpt of "Children of the World"
I am inspired
that deep within the poetry’s womb grows words, ideas, ideals, nurtured from the umbilical blood of God and nourished by the breast milk of mankind;
Inspiring, dreams, stories, lyrics and rhymes
Laying, pulsating, growing waiting
Until its season, until its time
Floating, dancing, kicking, tearing, fighting through the passage of birth
To be seen, to be heard.
