If you allow people, they will take all of your time and energy and later you'll be wondering what happened to my life, my family, and my marriage. I don't take calls unless I make them or it's an emergency and educate the flock that we have a Minister's board who are more than capable to aid in any problem and/or conflict that may arrive. The Pastor is not God, but a Man of God and must be able to have a life also. There are too may Pastors, especially african-american Pastors who are dieing of heart attacks and strokes before the age of 60. Part of that is the stress they alow themselves to be under being a minature god to people and not delegating to others things that they can carry out for the ministry.

By the way, we'll be in the carribean.

Lord I have seen this happen wherever I go and let the same and extra ordinary things take place as you establish the Kingdom Of God. Am doing well here and just believing God to take me through by his grace and Mercies.
The good Lord who took you to that called your life into Ministry!Called you for a reason and he is so faithful to mantain your possitions and even prosper you more according to his word in Jeremiah 29:11. may his favor and a pressed blessing of God come upon you and all that you lay your hands upon According to his word in Deutronomy 28:3.
