Apostolic Bishop - Biography

Apostolic Bishop is a native of Kingston, Jamaica but was reared in Boston, Massachusetts by a family of ministers. He gave his life to the Lord and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at the tender age of 7 years old. Shortly after, he began to preach The Gospel of Jesus Christ. His initial sermon was “Give The Devil A Black Eye.”

Bishop completed his Bachelor of Divinity in Bible Studies at Almeda University. 1998, Bishop moved to Bloomington, Indiana where he gained experience pastoring at The Revival Deliverance Edification Center, where he served under the tutelage of Bishop Jennifer Hightower. In May 2000, the Lord sent a new vision and thus came the birth of “Citadel of Deliverance,” located in Birmingham, Alabama. During this time Pastor Whitlow began to mentor pastors and became a special events’ administrator.

In June 2003, Prophet (Bishop) was consecrated Bishop in the Pentecostal Fellowship Churches Inc. in Sylacauga, Alabama. In May 2004, Bishop also became a recognized prophet in the Unified Freewill Baptist Church. This ordained oracle of God is now the Prelate of Prophetic Dimensions based in Savannah, Georgia. Bishop oversees ministries in 7 states, including GA, FLA, AL, TENN, MI, IL, and CT. He travels the length and breadth of the United States proclaiming the good news that Jesus saves.

Recently, Bishop was elevated and consecrated as an Apostle in the Lord's church by Apostle Bobby Kirksey, Kingdom Grooming International Ministries.

Apostle’s ministry motto is “Bringing Destiny To Life and Life To Destiny.” He now ministers apostolically and prophetically, operating in the fivefold ministry. His style of preaching and teaching are both explosive and anointed. He is an accomplished musician and psalmist, as well as, a writer of music, books and poetry.

His one desire is the prayers of the righteous, as he continues to do the Will of God.
