- Hello, My Name is Pastor Douglas M. Preston. I am a native of Texas. I am the Founder and Pastor of International Refuge Outreach Ministry a spirit filled Ministry, located in Houston Texas. I am married to Prophetess / CoPastor Latrice Preston. We are the parents of 6 wonderful children, also the grandparents of 6 grandkids. Ministry is our life, our assignment in Ministry is very important to us. walking in the spirit of Excellence is our goal. Being lead of the Holly Spirit is what we seek daily.
