Break the Spirit of Average!
In Psalms 17:14: ..."from men which are thy hand, O Lord, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure"... there is a wonderful revelation. David prays to be kept from his enemies. Verse 14, refers to "treasure hid in the belly"..
The word "belly" in this verse is from the Hebrew word "beten". This means womb or uterus; a place of conception. In this place - there is a treasure (or in Hebrew - "owstar" ) or a deposit. When you were conceived, hundreds of millions of cells entered into your mother's womb - you were literally deposited there. In order for you to exist, the one cell that produced you had to overcome odds of hundreds of millions to one to make it to this realm.
For this to happen you had something from God in you, that no other cell had in it; a "deposit of excellence ". If another cell had made it, you wouldn't be who you are any more than your brothers or sisters are you! You had in you (and still have) something that caused you to succeed where millions failed! That "deposit of excellence" is still in you! Waiting to be activated again for your success, waiting for you to rediscover its existence in you!!
If you were asked to enter a foot race where there were hundreds of millions of other people running, your first thoughts might be: "I'm not Jessie Owens, Carl Lewis, or Ben Johnson or some great runner. How could I win?" Well, let me say this - when you were that cell, you didn't think. You had no thoughts! You were moved by that "deposit of excellence" to get here! This process determined that only the best would ever make it here! You are the best! You were, and still are the cream of the crop!
I want to encourage you to dream, to move, to press toward success as never before!! GO ON, MOVE, BREAK THE SPIRIT OF AVERAGE! This is your time!
