Is it Human Error or Spiritual Deception?

So often when we are counseling persons in aviation we have to look at the factors of "Is it accidental human error ( our own actions contributed to the problem ) or was it Unforseen circumstances that contributed to the problem/crisis?
Sadly, I am finding the same question must be asked often in our walk in ministry, our walk of faith and our committment to living righteous in the kingdom. ( Proper Protocol within the Kingdom )
I was asked over two months ago to lead a womens empowerement seminar in Feb 2010. Now , because that is my passion and where God has me in my ministry that was not a problem. Here is where the problem is defined and how we must ask the question...."Is it human error or spiritual deception? ".

After what can be defined as our 4th meeting to finalize the planned event ; I arranged a sit down brunch at a beautiful hotel. I had the graphic design person send me proofs of every marketing tool and aid we would be using in filtering this information to the local women of that community and surrounding area. The names of all parties was formally established months ago. ( myself and this pastor ) This pastor after about the first 18 minutes of conversation had corrected me twice on the last name. I finally said ( as respectful as I knew how) " I am so sorry , am I calling you the wrong last name ? She proceeded to say " Well, I must admit you are...as I was married two weeks ago ". At first, as with all females and esp. us in female ministerial roles " I stated ..well praise the lord and congradulations". Then my spirit immediately jumped into God's gear and I asked.."Is the church aware you are married as they have never corrected me on you NEW last name?".
Sadly, she (the pastor ) proceed to tell me she had not informed her church that she is married. I immediately asked "who is this person?". She stated "He is an Apostle". I then said "
Ok , well I have a few major problems ".

#1. You can not be a leader , leading the people with deception or deceptive ways of living; not with my name tagged
#2. You can not ask me to speak about empowering women if you are not holding up the banner of truth as their leader.( Many members are females!, new in their walk of faith )
#3. I believe it only stands with good logic and reason that you can not market an event with out your congregation and community knowing your correct name! Who the man is you have chosen to co-labor with in ministry!

Sadly, I had to tell her until you GO BACK and correct the error of this journey with YOUR church; there is no way you can have such an event. They don't know you or your new spouse and that has to come first. What is your current vision, is there now a new shared vision for the people , what role does he play. That to me is cross connection of respect from the leader to the congregation.

In conclusion, I ended this meeting with helping someone understand " If GOD is first in your life, and we are to live as leaders a FIRST CLASS standard of living as stewards in the knigdom; Your walk can not be one of deception, ignoring human uncorrected error ( sin ) and expect to yield great rewards.

Whether you are a Bishop ,Preacher, Pastor , Evangelist, Apostle , Teacher , Leader what ever your title; we are held to accountability and a higher standard. Let's never cover up truth and spiritual ethics/ protocol for the sake of vanity and financial rewards.
May God Bless you richly in all your endeavors , even if it means you must cancel someone elses vision until they have a clearer path. Surely as he blesses and gives it to us , we are to carry it out...painful or not.
