“Unto Us A Son Is Given and the Government shall be upon His shoulder” - Isaiah 9:6
When we receive the Son, we receive another Government that is on Jesus’ shoulder. Giving unto You a Son is the entry of another Government.
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."
A great multitude of Angels brought down the message from Heaven, Praising God and saying:
"I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people.
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord
You will find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.” (Luke 2:10-12)
Matthew 2: 2 The wise men travelled all the way down to Jerusalem, “We saw His Star and came to worship him”. Apparently, the wise men were highly profound astrologers but they had no clue that the new born King will be found in a poor Manger. It is conventional that you can see a new born king only in the Palace. So the wise men went to the Palace and asked the King Herod, where is the new born King? Now the King Herod and his people got disturbed at another Government entered into earth through the Son. The King Herod wanted to kill the new born King by telling the wise men, come back and report me so that I too can worship him. Earthly Government cannot destroy Heavenly Government. Herod was tired of Waiting and Looking for wise men’s report. He had no clue that the wise men would come back or not. Another Government is at work and the wise men were warned by the Angels to take a different way. Here is the deal, anyone who meets Jesus, will not go back in the same old way. God encounters him and leads him in a new way. That is the experience of wise men and they went back in a different way. They could not go back in the same old way.
Having fed up and frustrated, the King uses his power to kill all the male child less than 2 years old. That way, he tried to kill the new born King Jesus. They do not know the Government is on Jesus’ shoulder. Angels instructed Joseph and Mary to carry Jesus and flee to Egypt.
And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
For my eyes have seen your salvation which you have prepared in the sight of all nations: a light for revelation to the Gentiles and the glory of your people Israel.
If the powers conferred on another Government needs to be exercised, you should receive the Son, that’s the reason, “Unto Us A Son Is Given and the Government shall be upon His shoulder”
Let us receive the Son truly, and let another Government rule in our lives!!
