There were two Prophets that ministered in the house of David (a type of the church), Gad the Seer and Nathan the Prophet. The Hebrew definition for the name Gad means "troop." The Bible says in Gen 49:19 "Gad, a troop shall tramp upon him, But he shall triumph at last." The writer paints a prophetic picture right here that says that there is a season where "the company of prophets" will be held back. There has been a cry out of the Body of Christ for the prophets to be released. So many prophetic mantles have been muzzled and pushed to the rear. Living in seasons of not being recognized by leadership, forced to wander around feeling hopeless and depressed. Having so much of God stirring around on the inside that at times feeling like you are going to burst at the seems. How many of you know that when you are in a holding place, the gifts of God can frustrate you. The word frustrate means to balk or defeat in an endeavor, to induce feelings of discouragement, to make ineffectual, bring to nothing, impede or obstruct, to make invalid or of no effect. Proverbs 13:12
Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. I can tell you from my own personal experience after spending 10yrs in a desert walk, feeling like I was about to aborted a baby in the realm of the spirit. Trying to figure out if I was the cause of the delayed delivery. Knowing I had this prophetic gift on the inside of me and nowhere or no one to release it to that would understand my pain and my frustration. No Prophet to mentor me through the process or to explain to me why I was occupying this place of delayed expectations. Being totally trained by Holy Spirit and still not getting all of my questions answered at that time. I lived in a held back season, I went to bed held back and when I woke up, being held back kissed me good morning. But the word says that there are seasons in all things. For a set season the Prophets were held back, many branches of Zion had no other prophetic voice in the house except for the "set gift." There has always been a spirit of competition that the enemy would assign to the set gift of the house. This would cause the Prophet and leaders to not get along, creating a muzzle on the Prophet and hindering the set gift of the house in many areas, and stopping the church from living in a place called divine expansion. A place where there is spiritual growth, understanding and insight into what was to come concerning that branch of Zion. BUT NOW....... we are now living in the later part of "Gen. 49:19." This is the season were the Prophets will overcome and be released into the land. Now the church will begin look like and carry the Apastalic mantle that has been declared over her. No more will prophetic giftings lay dorment in the belly of the Ecclessia. I decree that even now, prayer mantles and prophetic platfoms are being established in the earth at a greater capacity than ever before. Altars of inncense are being established so that the fire of God may have access to the land. The Raveness Birds (Angelic Host) assigned to chew up the flesh and consume any barriers that the enemy had previously established in the earth are being released, the carpenters and hunters (Angelic Host) assigned to hunt down the souls of the lost and to rip them out of the mouth of the dragon have been released, so that the church may be edified, exhorted and comforted. There is an increase in revelation and truth being poured out in this hour. Apostles and Prophets are uniting as one. There is great travail happening in the Body. Now more than ever the doors are being opened, so that the Prophet may come forth and thrust the Body into the next dimension in God.
Now is the time for your release.
