The Shifting of Spiritual Power

Today for the most part, every Mega and medium size Church is 80 to 85% women. The men are not there as before and one of the resons is that they are not feeling the message of today's leadership. It is not reflective of where they are at in their lives and how they are feeling as a whole. Today's Preachers are seen as Players or Pimps who prey on the congregation spiritually. This I know from the street research I have conducted throughout this country. Sad but true, these men would rather hear the message from the women in the pulpits because as they have stated," Its real and not show."
So God has allowed this shift in power to take place because he cares for the multitudes and the message of the kingdom is a simple one"Jesus is Love." And these "Influential Women in Ministry" are saying just this! We need to support them and give them more encouragement because it is no easy task taking the position of leadership today with the many ills of the Men leaders who do not want to step aside and let God shine through these women. Yet they are shinning none the less, if not in the 4 walls of the church then the throughout the Earth. I commend everyone of them wherever they maybe at...
