NOTHING CAN

Who shall separate us from the love
of Christ? Not tribulation or distress
Nor persecution, or famine, nor peril
nor sword, not even nakedness

As it is written, for, God’s sake we are
killed all day long, as sheep to the slaughter
Nay, all these things, we are more than
conquerors because He loves His daughters

I know that neither death, nor life, nor angels,
nor power, nor present, or future things
Nor height, nor depth, nor any creature
shall separate us from what God brings

What shall we say then, to these things? If
God be for us, who can be against us?
He that spared not His own Son, Jesus
Is a true God we can surely trust
