Increasing your capacity

Capacity is the ability to receive or contain; it is the maximum amount or number that can be received or contained. Your capacity is an indication of what you can receive, hold, or absorb. it is a measure of ability, a measure of performance.

your capacity reflects your innate potential for growth, development or accomplishment. Other words which reflect capacity are measures, resourcefulness, dexterity, aptitude and skillfulness.

Increasing your capacity is therefore:

1. Taking it beyond the ability to receive or contain and making it greater in number, size, strength or quality.
2. To augment your gift to become greater in things you are called to do.
3. To multiply by propagation.
4. The ability to perform a given task with the highest intensification, magnification and sharpening.

The problem with our performance is that what we are doing today, is a fraction of what God can enable us to do. This is the reason why we need to believe God to increase our capacity. God Himself has no problem increasing our anointing and capacity, the problem lies in our ability to receive what we are asking for.

In these two illustrations the problem with the capacity was not in the supply but in the container to receive it. God never runs out of the supply to increase our capacity. It is man who always runs out of the container to receive what is being supplied.

A double portion of the anointing and blessing for effectiveness in ministry and otherwise is hitting your way this season. Ask God to increase your capacity, container, so that you would be a recipient of his grace this season. Shalom!

I truly like what you have shared you have caused me to look my capacity to expand further then just want i am doing i wonder about my container is there enough room for it all or do i need to rearrange somethings to have room. You have spoken something so powerful that caused my holy spirit to jump at this word now i don't know about anyone else but surely you have spoken to me. God bless you for this on time word for me.

Its a season for the body of Christ and the generals have to arise and increase their capacity for immeasurable filling of His grace. Whoever He sends, speaks the words of God, for He giveth not His Spirit unto him by measure.
