Insights into current leader shift taking place in the church

Insights into current leader shift taking place in the church

1.Apostles and prophets must come into their governmental positions and lead the church into the 21st Century. This means that many current pastors must migrate towards an apostolic paradigm of ministry. It is the responsibility of each leaders to find their true calling and Walk in it in order to bring maximum blessing to the church and mankind.

2.Each local pastor must re-evaluate the direction of his or her ministry and transition into an apostolic position in order to remain current with the present move of the Holy Spirit. The present apostolic mandate for senior pastors must be embraced in order for local leaders to move into a greater calling and sphere of ministry. Not all senior pastors are apostles, but many are. Those who are must embrace their true calling and function as apostles.
If the local leader is not called, gifted and/or being developed in either apostolic and/or prophetic ministry, should they remain ate the helm? We're not advocating that those known as 'Pastors' should step aside because someone claims to be an Apostle or Prophet. Not at all. We believe that there are many "Pastors' (& many in churches without any position) called to a foundational ministry. These need to respond, ready and/or retool for their Apostolic/Prophetic call. Those already 'set' having the call must migrate toward their 'divine job description.'

3.The present pastoral paradigm of ministry must be upgraded into an apostolic paradigm because it is not sufficient to receive and incorporate the present restoration of apostles and prophets to the church. When what we call "pastoral priorities" drive the church the very qualities which make the church authentic- evangelism, outreach, the liberating word of God, and the miraculous- are subjugated to nurturing, accompanying, and empathetic emphases.

4.The church must reform it's structure in order to receive and incorporate the current release of apostles and prophets. This is a structural renewal that creates a new wineskin that is able to receive the new wine.

Prophet Minstrel Johannes John
Excellent comment and well said,,you said something that was so prophetic,,we have to it the way God see's it as well as created it,,then we can and only then we can get back to what REAL MINISTRY is about,,,I just had an disagreement with a Pastor concerning how keep asking for money brought the wrong spirit in the church..in some case's money has replaced the Gospel

Praise God...I agree Apostle Yarde. I have been seeking the Word in regards to the function of the apostle in 21st century church. I am aware that there are many pastors that have/are anointed to function in the office of the apostle, but because of tradition thought...they appear to feel more comfortable functioning in the office of pastor and/or bishop. What is understand from Scripture is that the "apostle" seeds ministry(ies), while the bishop/pastor (like Timothy) oversees a community or local body. Many seem to believe that the office of the apostle is not a functional office, therefore they shy away from the title. Yet we have some who use the title just because. God has been calling the "Church" to order. He has not changed His mind about the purpose of the Church nor that of the offices/anointing He has predestined. Apostles need to walk in their righful place in the "Body", in others need to step up in season.

I fully agree
a lot of Apostles are not following the actual Blue print of the Bible as far as the Ministry is concerned,,,All the Apostles that I see WONT leave the pulpit when it comes to Ministry,,,VERY RARE do I see any active in the fields

well put We have miss the mark big time. Alot of what pastors call doing for the Lord is all about them more then God.

A Kingdom Word. Gifts are being held up awaiting this alignment/positioning the result of which is a church going through the motions of having church, stagnation and a falling away. Church without Evangelism and Outreach is as "clouds without rain".
