The Central North Louisiana Annual Conference just closed its 139th Session on Sunday, September 20, 2009. Led by Bishop Carolyn Tyler Guidry, Presiding Prelate, Rev. Dr. Lloyd Washington, Jr, Host Presidinf Elder, and Rev. Maurice Wright, II, It was truly an awesome experience in spiritual growth of the AME Church. Held at the Best Western Hotel Convention Center in Alexandria, LA., all the services were spirit-filled and full of enthusiasm, excitement, and encouragement from the eldest to the youngest in attendance. All pastors in attendance made full round reports and much needed and exciting changes ocurred. Visitors were reporting that they were full of fire and thought they were among Pentecostals or Full Gospels!

I would like to hear how your Annual Conference, Mid-Year, Education Congress or any other meeting that your conference or district has that has presented some excitement for the AME Church.

The Central North Louisiana Annual Conference was just simply off the Hook. I think it was perhaps the best conferece I've attended. Yall should of seen Pastor Neal Holy Ghost Shouting and Dancing all over the place. We are the African Methodist Episcopal Church not to be confused with our other sister Methodist bodies.
