Why Do C.O.G.I.C. leaders cover-up crimes and protect those who hurt people

Our C.O.G.I.C. leaders cover-up for those who do wrong and our bishop endorses homosexuality. What’s next? These people hurt me and all folks keep on saying is pray. At the same time nobody is doing anything.

I am leaving the C.O.G.I.C church. Everybody always talking about attacks on our church but they don’t seem to care about the attacks on us, the people. I see a lot of protection for the pastors but none for the people.

I can’t speak for other faiths but in the C.O.G.I.C. faith I see a lot of blame the victim cases. Is that of God?

I saw this video before.
There is no overt “gay marriage declaration” in the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights. Certain articles of the document are being wrested by gay rights advocates to purport a legal underpinning for their claims, but they have to broadly extrapolate to do so.
Yes the verbiage is covert but it's there. Gays are already rejoicing because this Declaration does cover their rights to practice as homosexuals with legal support.
Doesn't endorse mean "to express support or approval of publicly and definitely"? By definition, how can an endorsement be covert?
Let me ask you this. Obama has policies that are openly anti-Christian, right? But many Christians support him even though these policies are present. So basically a vote for Obama is a vote for everything he stands for. Am I right about that?
You seem to have moved far from the topic of record, but I suppose a vote for any politician is in a practical sense a vote for all he or she supports. That is what makes voting so frustrating, isn't it? A vote for John McCain was a vote for keeping troops in Iraq for 100 years, right? In the end, we rarely find any candidate that we agree with across the board. We're always making compromises, trying to find the least offensive option.
It is so sad that the proof is staring them right in their face and they choose not to believe it because who the person is that is being spoken about.
That's why the government is able to do what they want with this country and the church because we are so in love with the person not realizing the spirit they are working in.
That is NOT a lie!!!
Bishop Blake had a openly gay man come to preach at his church who mind you he'd been friends with for over 30 years however when the story came out that this happened Bishop Blake claimed that he did not know this man was gay.
Okay, let's look at this now.
The man is OPENLY gay- meaning he does not hide his sexuality.
The man is OPENLY gay AND a minister- meaning he believes that you can be homosexual AND Christian.
Bishop Blake has been knowing this man for over 30yrs.
Bishop Blake stated that he'd stayed in this man's house, had dinner with him and preached for him on occasion over the years.
Now, how are you friends with an openly gay man for over 30yrs and NOT KNOW that he is gay?
Somebody lying!!!
Also, Bishop Blake DID sign his name to that proclamation but if you READ the proclamation it is not worded as a Homosexual Marriage/Acceptance Amendment however that was the purpose for the proclamation. The wording was changed so all the faiths signing it would be at ease to work with the government in this effort.
I suggest we stop looking at the person and look at the spirit they are working in.
Below are links where you can see what our leaders have been up to and it needs to stop:

Evangelist, I'm not going to be spending too much more time on this as we need to be praying and stop living in denial. No one is perfect but we as a church need to get it together. At least I'm honest enough to admit it. God Bless.
alright Min. Jackson, I apologize, we both know that our Church was not founded on this mess. I know my local church and Jurisdiction TXNE#3 which my pastor is the Bishop, isn't going along with this.

Thank you
twenty years ago COGIC leaders would have given this guy in the video the right foot of fellowship, he would have been booted out. This is the kind of thing that's happening all over in many denominations.
Brother Watson

This kind of reminds me of the church in Sardis... Revelation 3:1-3
1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. 3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

He tells them to Repent and strengthen the things that remains, hold fast and Remember what you have received and heard. Churches today are straying away form holiness, and sound doctrine, the things they were taught. They have forgotten what they have heard, I think it's a part of the falling away spoken in Thessalonians. Leaders of the churches must stand firm to this compromising spirit and not allow it to get a strong hold in the churches, if they continue to give in to this, it will be like a snowball effect and just get bigger and bigger until it is unstoppable.

Just my thoughts on it
