If a preacher comes to a church and instead of preaching she prays and lays hands, is she out of order? yes or no, explain.

I was always taught if you are given a preaching engagement, you are supposed to preach, do the praying and laying hands after you give the word of GOD! dont know how biblical or correct it was, or how sensible. but thats what i was taught. Im still not sure yet if I agree with my former teachings

There should not be a woman leading a congregation. Second, The Bible should show you how to preach. If you read it. You all need to read, please.
