Hezekiah: I know that these are a lot of scriptures, but read the highlighted parts. I will guide you through. There is a controversy over who was God in the Old Testament. Well this will hopefully show you that we have only dealt with Jesus, just by different names, and similitudes, and by 2 covenants. I set this up because people have said that I don't comment on the scriptures, so here you are. I hope it is clear. We are going to start in John.

John 5:36-39 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

Hezekiah: He said ye have neither heard his voice at any time, so when God spake to Israel in the cloud, it couldn't have been the Father unless we are calling Jesus a Liar. Lets skip to verse 45.

John 5:45-47 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

Hezekiah: So, he said if you believe Moses writtings you would have believed me. He wrote of Me. This is Jesus talking. Moses wrote of Jesus. How is that? I thought they were dealing with the Father. Let's go further.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Hezekiah:
In the Beginning God created the Heaven and the earth right? Then God said let "US" make man in "OUR" image. That sounds like 2 to me. So we have 2. Let's go further to see what is this 2 because if we dealt with the Father in the wilderness, why is there 2 in the beginning?

John 1:1-4 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

Hezekiah
: Ok, In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was God, and the Word was with God. We have to again. Now we have God, and the Word, and everything was made by the Word.

John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Hezekiah: So, the Word, that made the world, was made flesh, and he dwelt among us. So, who is that Word, that Word is Jesus. SO we have the Word who created everything, and God.

John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

Hezekiah: This is Jesus, No man hath seen God at any time. Is Jesus a Liar? If we dealt with the Father in the Old Testament, he was face to face with Israel. Something is not right, huh? Let's go further, Remember, we have the Word who created everything, and you can go ahead and say it, the Word is Jesus, and we have God, let's track down God, which we know is the Father.

Colossians 1:14-17 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Hezekiah: Did you read that, he said the Invisible God, Remember we read that Jesus said no man hath seen the Father at any time. Read that In whom the redemption through his blood, even forgivness of Sins, you know that Jesus, and then you have Jesus, who is the Word, who created everything, and now he is the image of the invisible God, who is the Father. We still have 2 don't we. That throws out that Holy Ghost theory. Let's Move on.

Exodus 6:1-6 Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land. And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers. And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant. Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

Hezekiah:
So, we have the Word, who came by the name God all mighty, but they didn't know him by Jehovah. That is the Word's name Jehovah because Jesus said he came in his Father's name. Still think the Father dealt with Israel? Let's go further.

Numbers 21:4-6 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way. And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread. And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.

Hezekiah:
Ok. We would like to think that this is the Father who sent those serpents, right?
Read the next verses in Corinthians.

1Corinthians 10:1-5 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

Hezekiah:
The rock in the wilderness was Christ!!! What, so that was Christ in the wilderness face to face with Israel, yes it was, but he was in the similitude of God.

1Corinthians 10:7-9 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

Hezekiah:
They tempted Christ in the wilderness? How can that be? Didn't we deal with the Father. Now. We had God, and God was with the Word, the Word created everything, and the Word became flesh, so we know that the Word is Jesus, and we found out he came by God almighty, and his name is Jehovah. We learned that God who was with the Word became know as the Father.

Psalm 68:4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

Hezekiah: The Hebrews like to call this Yah because there is no J in their language. But is Yah the Father? That is the question.

Psalm 68:7-8 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah: The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

Hebrews 12:24-26 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

Hezekiah: Did we read in Psalm 68:7-8 that heavens shook, and the earth dropped the Presence of God, and did we just not read in Hebrews where Paul is saying whose voice you think shook the earth, and the Heavens. It was Jesus. He physically did it. The Father sanctioned it, and Jesus did it. We still have 2 entities. The holy ghost is not apart of the godhead. The holy ghost is an angel, but let's continue because that's another lesson.

Psalm 68: 17-18 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place. Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.

Hezekiah: Ok. It said the Lord among them, as in Sinai, when was Sinai, in the wildreness. It said thou hast ascended on high, thou has led captivity captive. This is in the wilderness now. Let's see who lead captivity captive. Read Ephesians.

Ephesians 4:7-9 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

Hezekiah:
Is that not Jesus. SO, is Jesus, and not the Father, He led captivity captive. Who ascended, but descended first. That is Jesus. That is clear to me. Jesus was the God in the wilderness, or should I say, the godhead that was in the wilderness.

Matthew 12:38-40 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Hezekiah: Jesus was in the grave 3 days and 3 nights, now we know who Descended before he ascended.

Isaiah 7:10-14 Moreover the LORD spake again unto Ahaz, saying, Ask thee a sign of the LORD thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD. And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also? Wherefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Hezekiah:
Is that not Jesus? Really.

Isaiah 9:6-7 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Hezekiah: The Prince of Peace. What does Salem mean, Peace right? Was Melchizedek the King of Peace or Salem? That is just some flavor for you. He was called the Prince of peace because he was not to be King of Peace until he came in the flesh and died. Melchizedek was King of Peace because he was what Jesus was to be. I can get into an in dept lesson on that so that it is clear who Melchizedek is.

Hezekiah: Jesus thought it not robbery to be equal with God before he came in the flesh, so he can be called the everlasting Father, the Mighty God, Did he say that I came to Abraham, Isaac, And Jacob as God almighty, but by my name Jehovah they did not know me? Let's move on.

Micah 5:1-4 Now gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops: he hath laid siege against us: they shall smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek. But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.

Hezekiah:
He said whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Did not Jesus say in Revelation he was the begining and the end, the first and the last? He said in the majesy of the Lord his God. God is the Father in this instance. Let's move on. They shall abide, but for now he shall be great. Who shall be great, that is Jesus.

Matthew 2:1-8 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel. Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.

Hezekiah: Did we not read this in prophesy in Micah? We know this is Jesus. So far we have only had 2 in the Godhead, and we found out that the Word was with God,and the Word was God. Let's move on.

Luke 1:30-35 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Hezekiah Did we read that he was going to be great and to his kingdom will be forever? Did we not read that he will be on the Throne of David? He is the bright and morning star, the root of Jessie, and the offspring if David, Jesus Christ. All the prophets pointed to him.

Philippians 2:5-10 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

Hezekiah:
Jesus was in the form of God when He created the Earth, He was in the form of God when He spake face to face with Israel. This Phillippians verses does it for me. Remember when I said he thought it not robbery to be equal with God.

Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Hebrews 2:14-16 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

Hezekiah: See He took on the seed of Abraham, He must have been in the Godhead if he had to take on the seed of Abraham.

Matthew 1:1 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

Matthew 1:18-25 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

Hezekiah: God with us, Emmanuel. So, Jesus was God before he came in the flesh. This is clear to me.

Galatians 3:6-9 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Galatians3:13-16 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Psalm 45:6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.

Daniel 9:25-26 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Isaiah 53:5-8 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

Hezekiah:
These scriptures are clear. All of these Prophets are talking of the coming of Jesus.

John 8:31-37 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

Revelation 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Isaiah 11: 1-10 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

Hezekiah: Who do the gentiles seek, they seek Jesus. God the Father is the invisible God. Jesus in the Old Testament, and Jesus in the flesh both spoke the words of the Father, word for word. That is why Jesus is called the word. The Father didn't actually speak the words, or do the words. Jesus spoke and did the Father's word. It sounds like it is the Father. For example you tell someone to give someone else a message, and you say tell them word for word. You go, and tell them the message word for word. Here is a message from so and so,"I will not allow this to happen, and I will do something" You don't change it or and to or take away. You say it word for word even if it sounds as if you are saying it. Do you understand?

Isaiah 12:1-6 And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth. Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

Hezekiah: Who is the Holy One of Israel. That is Jesus. He said God is my salvation. Isn't salvation through Jesus? He said his name will be exalted right didn't we read that? Did we read sing praises unto the one who rideth upon the Heavens name Yah, or Jah? I think we did.

Revelation 1:1-6 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Hezekiah: He said unto God, and his Father. So this whole Bible is about Jesus in different forms, and simlitudes. Jesus declared the Father. There we have it. We have never dealt physically with the Father, It has been Jesus the whole time getting the Earth ready, so that the Father could bring his kingdom down. We learned the Word was Jesus, and that Jesus declared the Father, and the Word belongs to the Father. If you want me to go further I will.

We have dealt with Yahuah. When Yahushua said "Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape", He was talking to the Pharisees, and not the people in general.
Well, my point is this. Is he lying?
Hez,

Not concerning the Pharisees. He was not referring to the people in general. Keep it in the context brother.
John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Ohhhh, so we don't have to listen to that comment right? John1:18 doesn't apply to us.
Why would he make that statement? Is that not common sense that you have not heard the Father's voice if you were not in the Wilderness? Why would he make that statement? Were they that stupid? I don't understand.
I see what you are saying, but consider this, Let's just say this for the sake of argument,so I can prove this point. Let's say, the GodHead is 2, and not 3. Let's suppose the Holy Ghost is the man Grabriel, ok. Here is the Protocol of God. Let's suppose it. The Father, tells the Son, The Son tells the Angel, and the angel tell us. Now With that, place that with the spirit of God, and assume the spirit of God is Gabriel, and he is delivering that message to Jesus from the Father.
Pride?

ok. That's fine if you think that.
Do you think it is 3 in the Godhead?
Well read my post above. I said, put that away for a second, and see it through my eyes. I have seen it through your eyes. I was in the church as a child. Every Sunday at St. Paul Baptist Church in E. St. Louis, and then Peoria, IL, which is ironic, but none the less. My Grandmother made me go to church, and I went until I was 24 from 6 years old. So, I know all the doctrine you grew up with. All I am saying is look at the scriptures I wrote with 2 in the god head, and read the scriptures you posted to me, to yourself, and see the difference. Do that for me, and comment on it.
I kinda figured.
Uhhhh, ok.
