Why is it that we can find money to go to the malls, and we can find money to buy a new outfit but for some reason we can't find money to pay our tithes. Is it because we put all these other things before God not knowingly  or is it that we have made these things our God?

Tithing and Sabbath-keeping were parts of the Old Covenant which was only commanded to national Israel per Ex 19:5-6; Ex 31:13-17; Lev 27:34. True HOLY biblical tithes were always only food from inside Israel. Tithes could not come from what man increased or from outside Israel.

The same law which commanded Israel to tithe and worship on Saturday also commanded it to KILL disobedient children in Ex 21:15, 17. Why? Why? Why don’t your KILL your disobedient children if you want to obey the law?

NT giving is primarily sacrificial. For many that is MORE than ten per cent. But many others are giving sacrificially even though less then ten per cent.
I respectfully disagree: Read......

Deu 14:22 KJV - Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.

Deu 14:25 KJV - Then shalt thou turn [it] into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:

Deu 14:26 KJV - And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,

Gen 28:20 KJV - And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,

Gen 28:21 KJV - So that I come again to my father's house in peace; then shall the LORD be my God:

Gen 28:22 KJV - And this stone, which I have set [for] a pillar, shall be God's house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.

Tithing was not always food. The foundaion of the tithe is food but it could it could be money or what Father YAH has given you (i.e. your increase).

Interesting that you seem to condemn the LAW while the Messiah never did. As a matter of fact he said keep the commandments.

Mat 19:16 KJV - And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

Mat 19:17 KJV - And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

Keep in mind the only "bible" the Messiah had was the TaNaK. The second testament was yet to be written.

Please do not attempt to judge The Most High YAH. His laws are good. Did not Ananias and his wife drop dead from lying about their income Acts 5:1-11. We can not understand his ways. But keep in mind Father YAH has grace and mercy to give all who seek his face and ask sincerely and humbly for forgiveness. Just as David sought after Father YAH after his murderous and adulterous ways. David was not put to death by Father YAH. The penalty for both was death. Yet Father YAH gave David grace and listened to his supplication.

Let us not seek to be critical of our good and loving Father.

Praise Father YAH!!

Out of all that father YAH gives you he only asks for 10 percent back. So give it back to him. FIRST.

peace.
