WOMEN WEARING PANTS IN CHURCH....

[HOPE - Psalm 43:5]

Over the years, I have heard many men and women in the holiness denominations say that women shouldn't wear pants in the church.

Were is the scripture to support the ideology that women shouldn't wear pants? If it is in scripture then I would have to ask why are men wearing pants? Did men wear pants in biblical times or did their wear something that covered their loins and then long robe like attire? I mean isn't that what you depict in your biblical plays? So why aren't the men being asked to wear similar apparel in the church to maintain a outward appearance of holiness? Why aren't they asked to not cut their hair (both facial and head)

What are the clothing designations for men in the holiness denominations.

After all, without holiness NO man/woman shall see God.....

You know I am new to the site but when I read this the Spirit of G-d says " He looks on the heart of all men, not the outward appearance. When His Son died on the Cross he took upon himself all unrighteousness. He is the only one who is " Holy". Holiness is the condition of the heart and seeing through the eyes of " Jesus" the only Begotten Son. In Him is all holiness and righteousness. All he ask of us is to separated and obedient to Him. If my pants is going to keep me out of heaven where is the Grace of God? Many are quick to read the Old Testetment and never see what time period the law was written, what was the law for? Was it to the Gentile? What do it mean when Jesus said I came to fulfill the Law? There are so many man made laws in many denominations, even the non-denomations. Even when someone may say to me without holiness No man/woman shall see God. I would say find me one Holy person here on earth! Even when I feel the anointing and presence of God I feel undone before HIM. It's only through Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God who make us Holy. Who the Son set Free is Free indeed.

While the biblical description on your question is contradicting in the sense that if we follow it up we might end up wearing nothing or going on naked like the early age. We need wise to know our right from left. Moderate dressing answers all, be it pants, gown, robe, suit etc.
