Is The Trinity Biblical?
From the Christian Research Institute

The Trinity is a basic doctrine of orthodox Christianity. Yet the word "Trinity" is not found anywhere in the Bible. Is the doctrine of the Trinity really biblical?
The doctrine of the Trinity says that there is one All Mighty One (God) who exists eternally as three distinct persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I can assure you that the elements of this doctrine are all taken directly from the Bible.
The first plank of the Trinitarian platform is that there is only one All Mighty One (God). The Bible could not be more explicit on this point, which it states explicitly about two dozen times. In Isaiah 44:8 Yahweh (The LORD) says that even He does not know of any other (mighty ones)gods!
Yahshua (Jesus) often spoke of the All Mighty One (God) as His Father, and the apostles frequently spoke of "the Almighty One (God) the Father." But the New Testament also insists that Yahshua (Jesus) is The Almighty One (God). For example, Thomas acknowledged Yahshua (Jesus) as, "My Lord(master) and my Almighty One (God)" (John 20:28), and both Peter and Paul spoke of Yahshua (Jesus) as "our All Mighty One (God) and Savior" (2 Pet. 1:1; Tit. 2:13). Yet the New Testament also makes the distinction between the Father and the Son as two very different persons. In fact they tell us that they love one another, speak to each other, and seek to glorify each other (e.g., John 17: 1-26).
The Old Testament refers often to the Holy Spirit as The Almighty One (God) at work in the world, without distinction from the Father. But Yahshua (Jesus) in John 14 to 16 explained that this Holy Spirit would be sent by the Father at the Messiah’s (Christ's) request. The Holy Spirit would teach and guide the disciples, not speaking on His own initiative, but speaking on the Messiah’s 9Christ's) behalf and glorifying The messiah (Christ). Thus, the Holy Spirit is revealed by The Messiah (Christ) to be a third person distinct from the Father and distinct from the Son.
In short, the doctrine of the Trinity is completely and totally biblical, and it is essential that all the Followers of the Messiah Yahshua (Christians) give assent to this doctrine.

read

1John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

This is what trinitarians use to confirm the trinity.  let's read the next verse.

1John 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

so the Father, Word(JESUS), and the Holy Ghost( Angel) agree. They are not one being. Let's confirm that. let's read this in revelation and see if John agrees with his own writtings.

Revelation 1:1-2 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

looks like John is saying that there is the Father, Son and the angel are the ones who bare record in heaven. Not God the trinity.

People need to read their bibles more carefully and study reference books and history books. They hep with understandingl   peace.

Respectfully Bro. Israel:  1 John 5:7 says these three are one.  1 John 5:8 say these three agree in one.  John 1:1 say in the beginning was the Word....the Word was with God...and the Word was God.  Gen. 1:26 God said let us make man in OUR image.

My/Our God is an AWESOME God, I know we agree.  There is NO limit of what OUR/My God can do, I know we will agree.  Our/My God cannot be boxed in with mans minute understanding, and I will assume we can agree.  Exodus 3:14 God talks to man and tell him who He is....I AM THAT I AM.  I am the trinity, I am the great I AM, I am God the Almighty, I am the Word, I am the beginning and the end....I can go on and on, but I AM THAT I AM sums it ALL up.  God is just that AWESOME, that HE came down from His thrown, because of HIS love of HIS creation that HE BIRTHED HIMSELF, because HE could.  Our/My God is not limited to my ability to see how awesome HE truly IS.  He has no LIMIT nor ending.

John, in Revelation saw what he saw...heard what he heard and limited to his ability, like the johns/servants of today.  God said it, they don't believe it, so they dismiss it.  God is the Word, and HIS word will not return to Him VOID because there is power in HIS WORD.  Still I can go on and on, but God is the I AM THAT I AM and that settles its.  Fill in what you want....I AM THAT I AM ________________.

Denise You just said a bunch of interpretation

Bro. Israel, I just copied and pasted the end of your scripture references of what the Word of God say.  Then I wrote my beliefs, not interpretations.  Then I referenced Gods word again and quote the scripture of Ex.  Then I state my beliefs again.  And in conclusion, I referenced your scripture regarding John and stated that John like others makes up his own mind regarding what the Word of God say and then I quote scripture again.  There was NO interpretation in my post, just my belief in the Word of God which is scripture and the scripture you used.

A belief and what the scriptures say are 2 different things. The scriptures are not some fortune cookie fortune you can interpret with what you believe. There is no private interpretation of the scriptures.

2Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

I see what you are saying (I disagree) but that is still not the answer to the question. You state that the Trinity is a lie and the worship of Osirus. My question is where do you get this (that the Trinity is the worship of Osirus from?

@ Hezekiah Ben Israel

Okay wait, she can express her beliefs in what the Scriptures teach, because that is “like” a fortune cookie to you, but you go outside the Christian Faith and Scripture to come up with your beliefs in Osirus and the Trinity. Wow that is rich!!! LOL

This is what Denise said

Denise: Respectfully Bro. Israel:  1 John 5:7 says these three are one.  1 John 5:8 say these three agree in one.  John 1:1 say in the beginning was the Word....the Word was with God...and the Word was God.  Gen. 1:26 God said let us make man in OUR image.

Tell me That is not personal belief.... She added to the scriptures.  You see how she tossed that trinity in there with her "belief" .    Now as far as Osirus Goes and the trinity. If you take the time out to study Osirus, and the mingling of pagan practices into Christianity, so would come to the same conclusions as to the commonality with Osirus and the Trinity. There is nothing new under the sun.... When you study this subject, then you can comment, but to comment with no understanding is stupid at best.

Bro. Isreal, but I just copied and pasted what you wrote, from the scriptures you wrote and it said 1 John 5:7 says these three are one.  1 John 5:8 say these three agree in one.  John 1:1 say in the beginning was the Word....the Word was with God...and the Word was God.  Gen. 1:26 God said let us make man in OUR image.  This is what the scripture say, and I believe that God said IT.  I BELIEVE it and that settles it for ME.  There is NO interpretation in it for ME.  I believe what the Word of God SAY.  It say "These three are one" it say these three agree in one and in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.  What is there to interpret?  It says it all, don't you think?  I can't add anything nor take anything away from that.
