What do you do when you date a preacher and he is young/preaching and still totally in the world, and doing people wrong

ive prayed and fasted, been through the emotional rollercoaster and now i'm numb and going through the motions. I know God is telling me something but i can't figure out what. God taught me how to love again and i'm greatful for what i've learned but it is so hard to just let go.

...and what is God telling you???

1. "been through the emotional rollercoaster"

3. "going through the motions"
4. "in the world"

RUN...
"Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness"
(2 Timothy 2:22).

...and pray for a brother with a calling on his life.
Thank you
Hello Sis. Candice,

How are you doing? Well I am not sure, but maybe you need to get out of this relationship before you ruin your relationship with Christ. There is only 2 things that can happen in a relationship like the one you are in: 1. Either you will win him over to Christ or 2. He will win you over to satan.
Choose life Candice, and I will pray that you make the right decision which will be life and that more abundantly.

God bless,
bkw
Thank you
Thank you
Sometimes we get romantically involved with people that we have been sent to minister to or to counsel. We get into these situations because of our desire to be in a relationship and because of something that we find attractive about the person.

Maybe you were attracted to their youth
Maybe you were attracted to their good looks
Maybe you were attracted to their position of leadership in the ministry

These things can cloud our judgment and we can't hear God clearly about the situation because when we are tempted, we are led away by our own lusts. Lust isnt merely sexual desire but it encompasses a STRONG DESIRE for anything! So strong that you are willing to ignore the voice of God; disregard the plan of God and make for yourself plans and develop relationships in ways that God has not ordained.

So I say, examine yourself and see if you are in the faith. Examine the reason why you got involved with this person in the first place. Your answer may be there.

Lastly, as I mentioned earlier, you may be in their life to influence them and help mature them. So, I would not advise you to RUN immediately. Because of the romantic involvement, you may or may not be able to go back to square one and become a person of influence and effect change in this person's life.

I do strongly agree that you should pray for this individual but you may also confront them about their carnality and keep presenting them with the word of God. Their faith will come by the continual hearing of God's word.

And never forget that LIFESTYLE EVANGELISM speaks just as much as you spouting scriptures. Sometimes just living the life before them will draw them to desire a more intimate relationship with the Lord.

Whatever you decide to do.... DO NOT MAKE COMPROMISES ON GOD'S WORD!
