Lets be a blessing to our fellow co-laborers as well as the various congregations around the country that are seeking leadership. Please provide as much information as you may have to better inform the applicant about the church they may wish to seek a position from.

ALL DENOMINATIONS WELCOME!

***Please refrain from soliciting preaching engagements in this discussion. The intent is to provide information about pastoral vacancies. If you would like to submit your credentials for consideration by the pulpit committee, follow proper protocol by submitting the following:

A Cover letter, Resume, Audio or Video of a recent Sermon (or two), and Picture. Usually the committee will contact you (if interested) to speak at an upcoming Sunday service. You will then have the opportunity to meet the congregation as they will also get the same to meet you.

Its called BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP! Sheep are not as dumb as you think, so be yourself, they can smell a phony. (There is one thing a sheep knows... Another sheep!) Hope this helps those who are seeking their first pastorate.

If and when someone gets called, share the praise report...

Objective

To preach and teach the word of God in an effort that men, women, boys and girls might be saved by His grace.

Qualifications

I have approximately twenty (20) years of pastoral experience for two different churches. I pastured Springhill Missionary Baptist Church in Woodville, Texas for nine (9) years. It was by the grace of God we were able to erect a new house of worship and we also grew spiritually and physically. I then was the founding pastor of the Seed Of Faith Family Worship Center of Woodville, Texas. It was through the grace of God again due to the growth of this church spiritually and physically God blessed us to erect a new sanctuary after being in existence for only five (5) years. I pastured this church for eleven and a half (11.5) years and then placed my son in the ministry in that fellowship and by unction of the Holy Spirit I have been blessed to open a ministry in Killeen/Harker Heights Texas The Seed Bible Church, Inc.

Work History

2012

On April 1, 2012 The Seed Bible Church had it’s first service at the Hilton Garden Inn in Killeen, Texas. Through the grace of God I am now the founding pastor of The Seed Bible Church, Inc. of Killeen/Harker Heights, Texas area. We look forward to the blessings of God as we serve Him.

1999 to 2011

I am the founding pastor of the Seed Of Faith Family Worship Center of Woodville, Texas. After one (1) year of being in existence we purchased land and we through the grace of God had erected a new sanctuary after only five (5) because God blessed the church physically and spiritually. This church continues to be a blessing to the entire community and to the people which it serves.

1991 to 1999

I pastured the Springhill Missionary Baptist Church of Woodville, Texas and through this pastorate after more than one hundred (100) years of this house of worship being in existence God allowed us to erect a new sanctuary. This church was blessed to grow spiritually and physically during my tenor and continues to be a beacon in the community.

1988 to Present

I have had the opportunity to not just work as a pastor in a spiritual capacity but I have also worked in the secular community with people who are handicapped both physically and mentally. These experiences have helped to make me the person I am today as I have learned to care about people who may not be able to care for

   Ephesians 5: 1-2

“Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.  Walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling Savior.”

It takes money to preach the Gospel especially if we are talking in terms of the church light bill, the rent or mortgage, telephone, tape ministry, gas for the church van, etc. it is often that we turn on the religious station to be asked to be a partner of a ministry or to give a onetime donation to support this or that ministry.  Although, that’s good and right but we rarely see the spotlight on the ministers who are preaching the gospel minus the pay check, the camera lights, and all the glitter that can accompany a big successful church.  But there is one who I would like to ink and give color to; his name is Pastor Kenneth Frame.

Pastor Frame preaches and teaches in over a dozen of Florida State prison systems, he is face to face with inmates that have committed violent crimes, such as rape, murder, and theft.

Although he did not have the opportunity to experience the blessing of a Christian home early in his life, through acquaintances with Christian friends he came to know God’s love and the salvation available to him through Jesus Christ.  He accepted Him as his Savior and Lord.

During his life as a saved man he has dedicated his life to the gospel and continually strive to proclaim the Good News of God’s love, to help others encounter Him, and to lead them to Christ from the jails to the prisons and on the street corners, to visit the sick in the hospital and the elderly in the nursing homes, where ever God sends him, that’s his mission to save souls and nurture their spiritual development, to enable them to discover their spiritual gifts, and to equip them for effective ministry.

He is the founder of Tallahassee on Patrol for Safety and the founder of the Smiles program that helps children of all ages who are in various hospitals during the Christmas holidays where he sings and gives the children teddy bears to bring smile to a hurting child’s face.

Pastor Frame was ordained a Deacon in 1980.  He was ordained a Minister in 1999 and an Elder in 2000.  Also, he serves as an ordained Volunteer Chaplain for the Department of Corrections where he serves in over 13 State Prisons in the State of Florida.

Pastor Frame is also an Honorary Deputy Sheriff with the Leon County Sheriff’s Department and Works at the Tallahassee Police Department as a Parking Enforcement Technician.

Pastor Frame is also a Police Chaplin for the Quincy Police Department.  Nevertheless, Pastor Frame does so much more for the community to reach the lost, marriage counseling, and restoring broken homes.

Pastor Frame is married to a beautiful wife, Patricia Barkley-Frame. He has two biological children, a stepson and seven grandchildren.

Im just an available vessel willing to be used by God....So where he leads me i will go.....

I am a young ordained minister and I would like to know how to go about getting opportunities to preach the word. I would love to get in a church where I can learn more while I am preaching God’s word. I also would love to work with the youth if that is possible. I am currently attending Christian Leaders Institute.
