Killing of Bin Laden

I can not rejoice at the killing of any individual, even Osama Bin Laden. However, I am proud of my President, Barack Obama.

As a child of God, we understand that God wants us all to be saved. I don't find myself celebrating on this day, but in prayer for the families of those that were killed in the compound along with him. I pray that through this event that many come to a saving knowledge of God and His Christ.

I felt as thought I was the only person in the country who felt some kind of way about the people rejoicing ebout his killing. the question kept surrounding me, "was there no redemption for this man?  We all were slated for destruction at one time and the grace of God rescued us.  How sad a commentary that humans rejoice over the death of a terrorist and heaven rejoices over the new life of a such a one as me!
