Searching for vacant pulpits

Over the past couple of months I have been looking for churches which are in need of a pastor.  I know that "networking" is all the craze in today's time I really thought that it would be much easier to identify churches but have been frustrated looking on the internet and trying to find such.  Is there a way to find churches in need of a pastor, other than the "hit and miss" conversation?  There are very few listed on the National Baptist site.

Any Ideas?  Connections?  Etc.  I am ready to serve.

Look at gospelspirit.com This is a problem in the black church.National denominational leaders save such information for thier friends,so sad!WE are so limited in our thinking.WE still play these games while our people are dying!
