- Evangelist, Saadia Dublin is the First Lady of Outreach Ministry who is married to Pastor Reginald Dublin. She was ordained and licensed for Ministry in 2001. Before that she serves under the hands of Bishop N. Hayes of United Prayer of Deliverance Church, as a "willing worker", Van driver, Pastor's Aide, and also a member of the choir. She also went to North Carolina where she worked as Choir Director; starting Praise and Worship Teams for several New Ministries, as well as her own personal Praise group. She ended back to Conn were she was under the hand of Pastor Johnny Burns at New Life Church. There she served as a member of the Praise Team, Choir Member, Food Pantry Worker, and Intercessory Prayer Leader. Evangelist Dublin was also a graduate of the Ministry in Training Class held at New Life Ministry. She holds a certificate in Biblical Counseling. She now works in the position as Assistant Pastor, Praise and Worship Leader, Exhorter, and teaches on several subjects... such as: Stronghold, Evangelizing and how to be an Effective Witness (Street Witnessing) Christian Survival for New Comer's, & For those who feel they need to be refresh. She is the Founder of Outreach Soul Winning Ministry's Women on the Move for God; to help all women from all walks of life to see that they have a purpose in life. She also established a ministry for helping the homeless, as well as Christmas shoe boxes for less fortunate and underprivileged children. She has a deep compassion for the lost; believes in winning souls at whatever the cost! God has anointed her to usher His people into their purpose in Him. She is known as being uncompromising, bold but humble and believes in preaching and teaching the unadulterated Word of God. She is a survivor of sexual abuse as well as domestic violence, drugs alcohols, depression and low self esteem. She continues to hold firm and stand on her testimony of God saving power, and how He has entrusted her with much. Her Testimony stands "God has delivered me and set me free for such a time as this!" She also has written several songs; her favorite being "I will extol You Oh God.." and is currently writing three books as follows: Christian Armor, When God Strikes Again, and 31 Days of Reflecting, Confessing and Refreshing. She loves the Lord and believes in Fasting, Praying, The Holy communion, and also the performance of full submersion for Water Baptism. She believes in the Father,and Son and the Holy Spirit as being Co-equal, co-eternal and Co- existing, and that one day He is coming back for His bride, The Church.

The hymn writer F.E. Belden has penned the words that tell us to where we have arrived in the 21st century, and painted a picture that sets the priority for not only our preaching as a church, but for our very lives as well.
