Rev. P Quinn is his Co-Pastor, she's there to assistant the Sr. Pastor with the vision God has given him for the peoples.
At Ephraim's (E.I.C.C.) our goals is to save one soul at a time. It's all about Our Lord and Savior once you enter the Worship Center.
