3. Ask God to confirm your call. If God calls you out of youth ministry, follow him. If he calls you to stay, then follow him and stay.
4. Recruit people different from yourself. You need people who can reach
teenagers you can’t.

is one idea that works for me

• Easter Play - Over the last several years we have performed our Easter Play very easy and simple to do. Purchasing the BED TIME STORY BOOK BIBLE will  break everything
  down, making it very easy for you to give out parts to each person with
  out brain storming .It will allow you to even narrate the complete play
  .One of the things that I usually do is have it narrated using Moses as a
  character and plenty of music, I love using Donald Lawrence, Yolanda
  Adams, Vicky Winans just to name a few. If you are unable to purchase
  costumes then have each child or adult bring in a sheet with no prints and
  various colors. Cut a hole in the top to fit over the neck then cut the
  bottom to desirer length and with left over material cut and use as a belt
  around the waste and for your head piece. Oriental Trading Company also
  sells the costumes very cheap but you must order them early because they
  run out quickly.
