Can believers of Jesus Christ assist or promote productions that showcase homosexual acceptance?

I would like to know if the word of God means abstain from all appearance of evil relates to those believers of Jesus Christ who are marketable and beckoned to help in productions that clearly showcase homosexual acceptance. Should they do the production and set aside their religious faith as it is just fictional characters or is their evil intent behind bringing these productions to the mass population... meaning subliminal messages.

Please tell me what happen in Sodom and Gomorrah?

Part I.
Sodom and Gomorrah have been used as metaphors for sinfulness and sexual deviation. The story has therefore given rise to words in several languages, including English: the word "sodomy", meaning acts stigmatized as "unnatural vice".

In Genesis 18, God informs Abraham that he plans to destroy the city of Sodom because of its wickedness. Abraham pleads with God not to destroy Sodom, and God agrees that he would not destroy the city if there were 50 righteous people in it, then 45, then 30, then 20, or even ten righteous people. The Lord's two angels only found one righteous person living in Sodom, Abraham's nephew Lot. Consequently, God destroyed the city.

In the Tanach version, Genesis19:4-5, the final episode in the story of Sodom is described as the angels visit Lot to warn him to flee:

When they had not yet retired, and the people of the city, the people of Sodom, surrounded the house, both young and old, the entire populace from every end [of the city]. And they called to Lot and said to him, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us, and let us have relations with them."

Lot refused to give the visiting angels to the inhabitants of Sodom. He offered them his two daughters instead, but the people refused. The men were struck with blindness, allowing Lot and his family, who were then instructed to leave the city, to escape. As they made their escape the angels commanded that Lot and his family not look back under any circumstance. However as Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed with fire and brimstone by God, Lot's wife looked back longingly at the city, and she was instantly transformed into a pillar of salt.

In Ezekiel 16:48-50 God accuses Jerusalem of being worse than Sodom. He explains that the sin of Sodom was that "She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me."

Part II.
First, "to know" is a Biblical euphemism for sexual behavior. Thus,

And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where [are] the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
—Genesis 19:5

, is interpreted as a militant solicitation for homosexual sex. Second, they argue that homosexuality is the "strange flesh" mentioned in the following passage,

Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

This view sees the sin of Sodom as being about general malice, xenophobia and inhospitality, and that if "to know" is intended to be a euphemism for sex, it is clearly a case of gang rape.

Thus, "going after strange flesh" may refer to sex with strangers, sex outside of wedlock, or possibly something akin to bestiality[2]
In a sixteenth-century depiction by Lucas Van Leyden, a drunken Lot embraces his daughter while Sodom burns in the distance.

Now this was the sin of Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me. Therefore I did away with them as you have seen.

What scriptures do you have to justify your answer. Scripture backs up scripture. There are no contradictions in the word of God. If you think you have found a contradiction, it is not. It is your interpretation of the word of God that is wrong. Scripture must agree. Give me sound scripture that says Homosexuality is an ok lifestyle.

i guess if you are a saint who sees sex in everything you can see sex in this passage but remember abomination could have been anything  eating prok or shrimp but christians in their preoccupaiton with sex can only see sex.

Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me;

another scripture says they were inhospitable.  i guess some saints would see that as sex.

In a nutshell, Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because the people had become terribly evil and had totally turned away from God. They had forsaken Him completely. These long passages tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

It is impossible to be a christian but don't ascribe to the whole bible. If you or someone you know is really struggling to get free from homosexuality I say pray! pray! pray! Now if they don't want to be delivered at all, pray and leave them to themselves and let God deal with it because there are people out there who really don't want to be gay and is doing all they can to get free and stay free. It is possible I don't care what the devil says John 8:36 tells me "So if the Son liberates you [makes you free men], then you are really and unquestionably free."

Just the other day I was speaking with someone in my local assembly and he's dealing with an issue about his struggle with homosexuality and I said to him that we see in the bible where dead people were raised, blind people received sight, whores were forgiven, the lame were restored and lepers were cured but never did I see in scripture where Christ delivered a homosexual but just as I said those words the spirit of the Lord dealt with me to go to 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 "Do you not know that the unrighteous and the wrongdoers will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived (misled): neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality,

Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners and robbers will inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God.

And such some of you were [once]. But you were washed clean (purified by a complete atonement for sin and made free from the guilt of sin), and you were consecrated (set apart, hallowed), and you were justified [pronounced righteous, by trusting] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God.

Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit Apostle Paul gave hope to the homosexual which is deliverance when he said and such some of you WERE! (past tense) Once we come into contact with Christ there is hope, there is deliverance and his blood is stronger than any stronghold!
