Why is the church divided over what to say, when someone gets baptized. Jesus says baptize in the name of  the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matt 28:19  Peter said baptize in the name of Jesus Acts 2:38 We are so divided over what I ( my own opinion) consider things that will not keep us out of the kingdom of God or heaven. I say that because a Pastor told me If I wasn't baptized in Jesus name I wasn't baptized the right way. She almost made me feel like I was damned. John baptized Jesus, and John's baptism was of repentance, but if my memory is right Jesus had no sin. So whose name did he go down under. He was baptized by John to show that He was in agreement with John's ministry, the same as we do when we are baptized in Jesus name or the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Not two baptism,one, because they are one, but yet three. It is so sad to me to see the body of christ  divided over certain issues, a kingdom divided against itself can not stand. So many different religions and beliefs, if we can't come in agreement here, how do we think we'll make it into heaven. God ain't havin it. PS. The pastor told me that peter had the revelation, so tell me what did Jesus have?
