Biblical Authority: Are "Co-pastored" churches Biblical?

As I think about this, I am unaware of a place in scripture where we have two pastors with equal authority leading one church, yet today we have a proliferation of "co-pastor" churhces--often husband/wife teams. Personally, I don't think they are biblical. I believe they are an outgrowth of a social agenda. But what do you say?

Are they Biblical? If so, what is your scriptural support?

If they are the un-Biblical? why do you think they are proliferating?

Any thing with two heads is a freak! They exsist becasue of a no backbone husband trying to appease his wife, and of course because of the $$$$$$$$$$$$!
