30 DAY FASTING FOOD'S AGAINST CANCER FOR 2014: (what to eat)
*Red Beans, chickpeas, any leafy vegetables. 
*JUICES (beet, celery, cabbage)
*DRY FRUITS (cantaloupe, grapes, apples, pineapple,cherries)
*GRAINS (oats, wheat, bran)
*GREENS (brocoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, asparagus.
*GARLIC ( use instead of salt)
*NO CANNED VEGETABLES. THE ALUMINUM INSIDE IS DANGEROUS.
*SPRING WATER, NO TAP WATER. 8 BOTTLES DAILY
*NO FRIED FOODS FOR 30 DAYS. THEN TELL ME HOW YOU FEEL AND HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU LOST.
