Do well known pastors preach better than unknown pastor?

Why do so many people think, and bleive they can hear GOD better by a known preacher, instead of from a unknown preacher?

Old fashion salesmanship (snake oil hawkers) and with a lot of spiritual hype (religious propaganda). My question has always been: Why all the preaching (milk) to the saints of God, when what they really need is some sound teaching (spiritual meat)?

When did anyone ever hear these kinds of words from a pastor, "Brothers and sisters, you have all reached a level of spiritual maturity that exceeds my ability to instruct you further in the ways of God. Therefore, it is time that we all start searching for a new teacher(s) who can help us up to the next level in our relationship with Jesus. Thank you one and all. By your progress in your knowledge, understanding, and wisdom concerning spiritual things, you have validated me, my teaching and your desire to grow into the fullness of Christ. You are now well prepared to take on new and greater responsibilities and tasks, remembering that God does not exist for your benefit, rather it is you that exists for His glory. Keep these priorities straight and you will do well."
SO TRUE. BUT GOD HAS ALWAYS HAD REAL MEN OF GOD ALWAYS BY TO DO HIS WILL, AND I THANK HIM FOR THAT.
so true. the sad thing is that most say they follow the truth and speak and want the truth, but in reallity or their own life they dont live it. Ive been in conversations with pastors and other ministers, and they speak false doctrine or take scripture out of context in front of seasoned pastors and there they are saying amen,.. hallelujah. so funny and at the same so sad. the thing i ask myself is this, " whos worse, the minister misquiting scripture or takeing it out of context, or the folk sittin there saying amen to something that aint even biblical. ya, thats something to ponder and think about. long story short GOD can speak through anyone, anywhere, anytime, anyway he wants, and there aint one thing we can do about, or nothing we can add to it to make it better. i think thats most peoples problem they try to add things to GODS' word to make it sound better. how funny, and yet how sad. funny thing is i see folk who have gone to college doing these things, and yet the average or common person sitting in the pews have better insight and understanding to the scriptures than the so called schooled minister. may GOD help us stay focused and our love for the truth, and his will pure.

GOD BLESS,

PASTOR HILDO
well known preachers were not always well known
