Does Divorce mean a pastor must never pastor a church again?

Pau's requirement for pastor, deacons and church leaders in general includes the requirement "husband of one wife" Does this mean that a man or women can serve as a pastor after divorce and still honor God's word or is this verse mean something else? This is an honest attempt at honest answers from pastors.
