Brothers and Sisters, Don Cornelius, What an African American Icon He was for us, from the 1970's and 80's. Who Can Forget The Soul Train Dance Lines, Don "opened up so many avenues for African-American artists."

I'm sure many American homes enjoyed the soulful sounds of Soul Train, Saturday Mornings for many years, It's a good thing to reflect where we as a people have come from. Don brought smiles and joy and laughter to many homes durning hard times in the African American Communities, as well as all over the United States of America. Gone but not forgotten. Mr. Don Cornelius. R. I. P.

I hope and pray his soul was right with the Lord before he left this earth.  It doesn't matter how great he was while on earth, his soul was more important.

Thanks for your post.

I agree 100% percent. it's sad how the devil can get in the lives of people use them up and lead them down the wrong roads. It is my prayer that God has mercy on his soul. thanks for your comment.
