The husband is to dwell with his wife according to knowledge. He knows what his wife likes, and dislikes. A man needs his wife to respect him, and as she does that he can completely love her, as Christ loves the Church. Love is a action word, he loves her by supporting her, not just with money, but with honor. He must honor and cherish her all the days of his life, allowing others to see his altruistic compassion for her. The husband must be willing to lay down his life to protect his wife. When he does that he will win her complete respect, and loyalty. May the Lord give all husbands this Christ like love for their wives, and may all marriage be blessed by the Lord in Jesus name is my prayer.

God is the author of marriage, and He is the one that holds a marriage together. That is why the scripture says let not man put asunder them that the Lord has joined together. Jesus is the third member of your marriage that will hold it together. Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, resist the devil, and he will flee from thee. God gives grace to the humble, but He resist the proud. So thank God for your mate, and your marriage. It is true that we are being tempted in ways more now than ever before, and this is why we must study the word of God, so that we can overcome all the wiles of the devil. Share your temptations with your mate, so that ya'll can pray together about them. This is how we stay strong in spiritual warfare. Put on the whole armor of God, and use the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God to resist the devil. Let the devil know it is written that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word from the mouth of God.
