Is your church teaching Gods commandments or man's traditions. Yes, I am aware that some traditions are to be passed down from generation to generation. But here lately I am hearing a lot more about what seems right unto man and not what God said in his word. Be careful! Are you looking for religion or salvation there is a difference?

Jesus is the only Messiah....
If Jesus in the Messiah, did you not read that he would cause animal sacrifice to cease.. It said he would be cut off but not for himself. When did that happen?
quicken means to be made alive...
When will we be made alive?
Yeshua is a failed Messiah,...plain and simple.
Failed every facet of what the Scrolls describe the Moshiach to be and the direct linage he is to have and what he is to do.

The word “Messiah” is an English rendering of the Hebrew word “Mashiach”, which means “Anointed.” It usually refers to a person initiated into HaShem's service by being anointed with oil. (Exodus 29:7, I Kings 1:39, II Kings 9:3)

Since every King and High Priest was anointed with oil, each may be referred to as “an anointed one” (a Mashiach or a Messiah). For example: “G-d forbid that I [David] should stretch out my hand against the L-rd’s Messiah [Saul]...” (I Samuel 26:11. Cf. II Samuel 23:1, Isaiah 45:1, Psalms 20:6)

Where does the Jewish concept of Messiah come from?

One of the central themes of Biblical prophecy is the promise of a future age of perfection characterized by universal peace and recognition of God. (Isaiah 2:1-4; Zephaniah 3:9; Hosea 2:20-22; Amos 9:13-15; Isaiah 32:15-18, 60:15-18; Micah 4:1-4; Zechariah 8:23, 14:9; Jeremiah 31:33-34)

Many of these prophetic passages speak of a descendant of King David who will rule Israel during the age of perfection. (Isaiah 11:1-9; Jeremiah 23:5-6, 30:7-10, 33:14-16; Ezekiel 34:11-31, 37:21-28; Hosea 3:4-5)

Since every King is a Messiah, by convention, we (Jewish Sages) refer to this future anointed king as The Messiah.

The above is the only description in the Bible of a Davidic descendant who is to come in the future.
We (All of Israel) will recognize the Messiah by seeing who the King of Israel is at the time of complete universal perfection.
He ( The Moshiach) does not die for the sins of the world or anybody for that matter and for any doctrine to teach that, is the highest violation of Torah~'To add to and to take away" ~ Deut :4:v2 ]..and it is a direct contradiction to the Masters Torah...that no man die for another man's transgressions' ~Deut:24v16 ] More-so 'that each man dies for his own sin"

2 Corinthians 5:2 For indeed in this house we groan, longing to be clothed with our dwelling from heaven

Phillipians 3:For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.

You are not talking about the same God that the Preacher and I was discussing.. Preacher just has misunderstanding of the scriptures, and he was getting closer to understanding, and then you come with a God totally contrary to what the Book says... You bring your imagination, and post scripture references to make them seem valid.. I know what God you worship.. You show what God you worship by your actions... Not by what you think you know. If you follow the God of the Bible.. You are trying to keep his commandments.. All of them... If you deal on the God of the Bible, then you know that Jesus is the only Elohim we have dealt with.. You my friend are dealing on another God.. Period.... So, you go be right somewhere else.. We are trying to teach and learn about the God of the Bible, not the God, and Gods of this world...

I have no misunderstanding of scripture friend..what i told you is what the scripture is teaching Daniel is speaking about the churches in the last is Jerimiah,Ezek..and revelation...the scriptures i gave are totaolly accurate..
Did Daniel say anything in Daniel Chapter 9 about the Sun becoming dark, and the moon not giving her light? These are the end times.. You think that you have it right, but you don't... Consider what you read.. Here are the end time places..

Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

2Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Isaiah 13:9-11 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Isaiah 60:18-20 Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise. The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

Matthew 24:29-30 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Joel 3:14-16 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

Revelation 6:9-12 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
YOU SAID: Did Daniel say anything in Daniel Chapter 9 about the Sun becoming dark, and the moon not giving her light? These are the end times.. You think that you have it right, but you don't... Consider what you read.. Here are the end time places..

first you have to understand what the sun being dark and the moon not giving her light means...if you understood what it meant you would know that Daniel is indeed prophesying about the last days...

Would that Christians today could be as diligent in the Holy Scriptures as the wise men were! The seventy weeks prophecy is sitting there ready to provide us valuable information as we approach the thresholds of this age. But are we looking into these matters? Are we interested? Or do we just want to find "success" and "prosperity" in a material world and pursue my "best life now"?
Where are the scriptures Preacher?

I brought you the scriptures..

You did not read any of those scriptures I posted...
Personally speaking, if someone took the time to take some notes and actually understand this lecture It would clear up many questions~~~Perhaps we can even get pastor Benita Howell director of this thread to help in the interpolation...

This lecture is part of a series titled "The Seventy Most Difficult Questions" by Rabbi Elyahu Kin.
In this lecture Rabbi Kin discusses the Hebrew/Jewish/ Israelite concepts of Mashiach and Redemption.... What do they represent to National-Israel and what is their significance to the world.
