How can we improve the teaching to young ministers to produce healthy ministry?

by following the Bible as it is written..
Hummmm!!! That doesn't say much!! I have an organization that deals with this and that is an answer that most pastors give. Very passive! Not good enough any more. So looking to hear from sine other seasoned ministers how they would approach the subject.
Here is how the Bible says that the Bible is to be read, and taught, and that will produce a healthy ministry..

2Timothy 3:16-17All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Isaiah 28:9-13 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

2Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Revelation 17:1-5 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Isaiah 29:9-13 Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink. For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered. And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed: And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned. Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Matthew 15:7-9 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Isaiah 30:9-11 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD: Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.

2Timothy 1-5 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

1Timothy 4:12-14 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
This is very well researched. I can except this better than just do what the bible says.
It would help if we chose more seasoned individuals: among the list of biblical credentials, we read that a minister should not be "a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil." A lot of novices are making minced meat of ministry.
Exactly. I have an org called Young MInisters alliance. youngministersalliance.ning.com, which I just started on ning, but has been running on facebook. I want as we are approaching our convention to make sure I hit on the right subjects. I know the Lord has given me a gift in this area, and our presiding prelate has charged me to continue this journey. And I agree that our ministers should not be a novice, but if WE do not help to train, how might these next generation ministers ever mature. We just do not have enough of us getting involved. I have been preaching almost 13 years, and I had a very hard time when I started in ministry. My pastor pushed me in the " You can do it!" BUt did not show me how to be. Eventually, no matter how well I could preach, it was the image of ministry not the anointing of ministry. I eventually had to sit down with my now bishop and have a heart to heart, and really get the ministry in order. But, if I had someone in the beginning of ministry show me what this thing was all about. So as we continue to grow, we need seasoned ministers to be apart of our organization to help teach this next generation. Thank you all for your input
It is funny how people act when they have nothing to say...
I pray sincerely that was not directed towards me. I am not on this network that often, so it may take me a second to respond. But thank you for your responses.
huh?
@Enjoli M. Bland-Reed

No that was not directed at you.. It was directed at the Talebearer we have on here. Just ignore that phelps character.. Where there is no talebearer, there is no strife.. If you don't see him, he won't be there...
