How Does the Church Move From Being Title-Conscious To Becoming Aware Of Their Servant-Status?

Today, we would like to field your comments on this sbuject.
When we approach the subject of discussing the broad spectrums of churchmembers and leaders achieveing status by virtue of their drive toward the attainment of titles as opposed to that of learning and embracing their roles, task, repsonsibilities and graces of servanthood in the Body, we are already on shaky ground.
We are on shaky ground because over the past 150 years, the Church has generally operated on an elite title status attainment system. This system was originally designed to monitor how churchgoers wroshiped God, how they grew and worked in the church, and how church leaders discouraged loose-lipped, low-morale-type ministers and preachers of deception and spiritual corruption.
Now that we have somewhat arrived on the doorstep of increased intellectual awareness in the faith, the Body of Christ should be launching forth and pressing into greater areas of concern, rather than yet stumbling around, fighting others because of ourt limited perception of what the church should be doing.
As a result, we yet have a problem, in that the insttitutions of teaching have produced a harvest of desparate believers who are fighting for position rather than for theri place in the presence of Almighty God.
I write this discussion starter now because we are entering into one of the greatest hours of public influence by the Church world. If we are not careful, we will drive nonbelievers further away from the ark of safety with our ever-increasing list of to-do's, rules and regulations.

What's your opinion on this?
How can we right the wrongs, and correct distorted perceptions of ministry and ministering?
How does service unto God play into our drive towards being accepted in the Body of Christ, or, should we be more concerned about our church and ministry certifications?
Does God have watchdog leaders who are assigned by Him to monitor and/or terrorize the Church for its faults?
When does the Church finally align itself with the Ephesians Four Church Developemnt Model?
What will it take for Kingdom to finally be realized in the Church House?
Are you the one, or should we look for another?
Exactly what kind of prayers should we be praying concerning this matter?

Rev. Luckett, I am pleased to hear your heasrt on this matter. Although I am not advocating a total departure from the achievement process for walking in gift ministry, I am opposed to this incessant lust for power that emeanates from a position. Many have lost sight of God's directive for their life, and, as a result, they have opted for popularity rather than relationship with God Almighty.
Brother Luckett, I want to personally thank you for checking in on this issue. I am determined to prove Christ and Him crucified, how about you?
Lastly, wherever you may be, may the peace, power and graces of our God be upon you at His good pleasure. May He happen upon you at the least provocation of your praise towards Him, and may you release the kind of submission i nworship and service that prompts the Spirit of God to overflow through you!
As always, Grace and Peace, from your 'other brother', Apostle A.E. Matthews!
