Hello Saints in the great DR. I'm Melvin Kerr, you can read my profile. I have a deligation of friends wanting to have a "make a dream come true" wedding. We have a hotel but we need a preacher. We are Christains. It will about 35 of us.

There are a few things I like to know such as:

1. Is there a cake baker and decorator within the community?

2. Is there a Walmart Store in the area?

3. Are there special laws to get married in the DR

 

I just want to contact a Pastor, that is willing to form a Ministerial connection with me and help me identlify resources I need.
